We've used Appliance Rescue Service for several years now and every single interaction has been exceptional. Customer service and booking are always pleasant, they know who we are and always dispatch a technician either same day or within 24 hours. We love how they always send the same technician, Mitch. He's a gem, so knowledgeable and his repairs are quickly done right the first time. Highly recommend them for any appliance service or maintenance.

Our technician was fantastic! He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. He even took the time to show me a bunch of different features on my dishwasher, as well as went over routine maintenance tips for me to follow in order to keep it in Tip-Top shape. Really appreciated his help. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Michael was so very efficient and encouraging. He explained that I was not deficient but that many others had had the same problem, and it was understandable. Phewph! He repaired it in no time and was such a bright spot in our day.

Billy was able to come out on the same day that I called for an appointment. He diagnosed that the motor needed to be replaced on my dishwasher. He recommended that I replace the dishwasher rather than putting money into an older model. So, I do appreciate his knowledge and quality service. I will continue to work with Appliance Rescue and Billy for any future appliance issues.

A truly dedicated team of experts in the field of Appliance Repair. Great customer service and outstanding product knowledge. I used them 3+ years ago for a refrigerator in my home and fortunately they are still in business. This occasion this time was a kitchen aid dishwasher repair; rack roller wheels and a water valve was replaced. All done within 3 days of initial phone call. Michael did a great job on my dryer. What should have been a relatively easy job turned into a longer event as he couldn't get the motor fan off the driveshaft. He kept at it until we had success. Thanks to his perseverance I didn't have to contemplate the possibility of a new dryer.

Mitch was great! He explained the problem, and then when he discovered the problem was more involved than anticipated, he provided options, that were less expensive! We have used Appliance Rescue over the years and have always been pleased with their friendliness, professionalism, and work quality. We highly recommend this company.

I just had the best experience with Mitchell from Appliance Rescue Service. They let me know they were on their way. He wasn't able to repair my 25 year old refrigerator because the parts are no longer available but he gave me great insight into what to purchase to replace it. On his way out, he gave me very helpful advice on all of our appliances and the best way to get the most life out of them! Super helpful. If you have an appliance in need of service, I highly recommend them. Prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced.

The work was done timely and with good communication. The tech however left a couple of gouges in my hardwood floor when he moved the refrigerator. Is this something you can address. Please see pictures as I just noticed this morning.
