Advised tech on way, arrived early in three hour window which was greatly appreciated. Joe was efficient and explained options which basically did not include repairs. Best advice was to move on to new equipment. Agreed with tech and again appreciated his straightforward recommendations.

What an exemplary experience. I emailed last night to get an appointment and received a call back the first thing in the morning at 8:30. I was able to get an appointment the same day and the technician was early. Joe came in, diagnosed everything after troubleshooting and was gone within 30 minutes. Joe was fantastic and I appreciate, how much he helped! Thank you very much!

First, they were super accommodating and moved up our appointment after someone else cancelled. Mitchell came out and got right to looking at our clothes washer. All said and done, he was honest enough to say it would be better to get a new one than to spend money repairing our old one. Not really the news I was looking for, but the honesty was a nice touch. He even gave me some recommendations on what to look for.

Excellent and communication and follow up on appointments. Billy was great. He diagnosed the issue and used his resources to find a solution. Our appliance was pretty old so no real fix but he gave us plenty of options while answering questions on some of our other older appliances. Very knowledgeable and came out on a cold, somewhat icy morning.

Mitchell was great! He made sure to show me how best to replace the water filter and gave me other tips on both my refrigerator and oven. Since they’re both new, his experience and tips are invaluable!

Mitchel has been helping us with appliance repairs for several years now. His knowledge about all appliances makes it much easier to decide what action needs to be taken next and how to go about it. Great company I would definitely recommend.

The repairman was on time. Kept us informed about the service . The issues I had were he did not place a cover on my wood floors to catch the debris and water. He cleaned up some afterwards completely. Very happy the Repair was successful to have my fridge working

Billy from Appliance Rescue Service came promptly (even a bit early) and was able to help us fix the uneven flame on our gas stove. He was very responsive, friendly, and not at all pushy. Highly recommended!

Michael was great. Very professional and honest. He came to repair my dishwasher. He thoroughly evaluated my Appliance and told me it would cost more to repair it than buy a new one. He even showed me an estimated cost for the repair. He just can’t find better than that.

I was having problems with my over the range microwave oven. Mitchell came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Kathleen booked my appointment when I was available, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the best experience with a repair company that I have ever had. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Billy came to repair my 24 year old dryer and advised me to buy a new one, which I appreciated! He had extra time so her repaired my refrigerator which froze up while I was on vacation! He is knowledgeable and very helpful! Highly recommend Appliance Rescue!

First time trying Appliance Repair Service due to recommendation from neighbor. Billy was the repair representative that showed up and he is awesome!!! Not only did he show up ahead of scheduled time, but was able to find the issue with my dishwasher in little time and fix it. Explained and showed what exactly what was wrong. Great customer and repair service. Definitely will be using them in future if ever have any appliance issues.

Mitchell was able to provide same day service, actually same morning service. He was very professional but more importantly honest versus adding unnecessary services. Additionally, he shared feedback on our other appliances on how to best use them for long term useage. I kept his card and he will be our first call should I have any appliance repair needs in the future.

GE double convection went out code F97. Billy came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts. When parts arrived they made a prompt appointment and the problem was fixed. Definitely recommend!
