This company was a failure on multiple levels:
1) Incompetent technician--literally came to my house and started googling the problem I reported on my fridge so he could see what to investigate. The initial proposal for repair was for 3 different parts, for over $800. I fixed two of the problems myself by ordering the part online for $20 and following a couple of 5 minute google videos. When I asked for a different technician to be sent to fix the 3rd problem, I was told "that is the only technician who can go to your area".
2) Very poor communication--told a part would be ordered, and it wasn't ("we didn't know what to order"). I was told "we tried to reach you" (they had my cell phone and email), but the reality was that they didn't.
3) In the end (after more than 1 month of haggling and nagging them and trying to get the right part ordered and get a technician to do the job), they called to inform me that "we no longer wish to service your fridge".
4) Terrible customer service

I am sure this company has written me off as an 'unreasonable customer', but the reality is I am a very reasonable person, who had a reasonable service order that this company could not fill.

Wouldnt even give one star. We bought a display for our oven/microwave after one month it ceased working, guy came out last Monday, very flippant attitude and said part was discontinued, and didnt know what they could do, would speak to Manager, 10 days later-and after calling every single day, just to be put to answer machine, with no call back, we still do not have a working cooker/microwave. I have a family to feed and cook for, this is extremely not acceptable. My advice - BE CAUTIOUS, you may never get any response and no resolution to fixing a part they supplied. From a very unsatisfied customer.

I was grateful Appliance Champion could get to me so quick! Especially right here at all the holidays! Great customer service and very professional! A job well done , I would recommend them anytime.

These people came out in January to repair a double oven,took 2 weeks for them to get the parts and replace. I found out later I paid about $200.00 more than a reputable company would have charged. Had same problem in August of this year,called Appliance Champion to fulfil their warranty. They came out on August 28th without parts to do the job. Came back next day and then informed me it was not just sensor and board,not sure what to do. They would call Bosch,2 days later I had heard nothing,started calling to speak to Rob,Rob was never in,Courtney said she gave him a message every time I called. Called agin Tuesday September 4th,Rob has still not called. My oven does not work,Appliance Champion refuses to call and tell me what they are going to do to fix it. I'll say again this is "warranty work",they are supposed to be certified by Bosch.

The technician Andy was on time and well equipped for the job! He was nice and very informative throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable, as a woman I was scared I was going to get taken advantage of not knowing anything technical but it was absolutely the opposite. He made sure i Understood the whole process. He even had all the parts on his truck to fix it immediately. Wow what great service! I'm so pleased with this company and service they render! I am keeping my old washer and dryer and will use them again when necessary. Oh and they also offer a 1yr warranty on there work! 👌

Very professional and courteous staff with excellent communication skills. Fast appointment was scheduled and even arrived early. Very knowledgeable technicians who are also very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company for any appliance issue you may encounter. I wish all contractors were as committed to top shelf customer service as Appliance Champion. A special attaboy to Trenton who was my tech that installed my above stove microwave oven this week. He went above and beyond to get it done in one trip and did a great job! Cleaned everything up nicely before leaving too.

Billy is always helpful, thoughtful and provides great additional information to help maintain my appliances! Prompt service with a smile!! I highly recommend.

The visit from the Appliance Rescue Service technician was fantastic. He was on-time, professional and friendly. I'd expect this of any technician, but what set him apart and makes this a company I recommend was his terrific customer service. After looking at the washing machine, he gave us some best practice tips for the machine. But he didn't stop there. He spent a few minutes going over all our major appliances, giving us things to look out for and tips for better utilization.

His customer service was wonderful and I couldn't believe he'd take the time to not only take care of what we needed done but to also give us usage tips for all the appliances. Job well done!

Billy was great. Gave us a heads-up text that he would be arriving in 20 minutes. Seems minor, but when you have 4 dogs that act as a 5 minute doorbell it allowed me to get them outside prior to his arrival. He was thorough with his analysis and explained in detail the issues and how we should resolve them. Highly recommend Billy and Appliance Rescue Service. Thank you!

Wonderful experience from Appliance Rescue Services. Mike was professional & on time. He fixed my refrigerator in about 10 minutes at a reasonable cost. We absolutely will call Appliance Rescue for our next appliance repair.

My ice maker stopped working. Excellent customer service. Billy, my technician identified the potential problem quickly. Initial fix was reasonable but I questioned spending $500 on. a 12 year old refrigerator AA informed me that if it didn’t work and an additional $259 part was needed they would remove and only charge me for initial installation cost. Part didn’t work and Billy removed and waived diagnostic fee and only charged for install. Need a new refrigerator but AA was honest and fair given my situation. Highly recommend this honest e-mail owned business!

This is the second time we've used Appliance Rescue. The first time was for a dishwasher issue, this time was because we left the freezer door ajar over a long weekend. While the freezer recovered, we wanted to double check that we hadn't done permanent damage. Ask yourself, is your piece of mind worth $75 and 30 minutes of time? It certainly is for us.
Their team is always prompt, helpful, and professional. We've gotten Mitchell both times and I appreciate that he takes time to explain the repair, make product recommendations, and give tips for extending the life of all major appliances.
For as long as we live in their service area, we will continue to rely on Appliance Rescue for repairing our appliances. Excellent work as usual!!

After we were stood up by several other companies, Appliance Rescue Service literally rescued us from another week in the Dallas heat without a working refrigerator. From booking through the payment process, they exceeded our expectations. Alvin was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, going above and beyond in replacing necessary parts on our Frigidaire fridge. Natalie was also so helpful in managing our appointments while we waited for a part to arrive. Highly recommend!

Our oven light went out and the wires shorted. We called ARS on a Monday and Mitchell was here Wednesday morning and had everything fixed and working again in less then thirty minutes! He also walked us through best practices to maintain our other appliances (fridge, stovetop, washer/dryer), stating he wanted to give us the best bang for our buck. This was above and beyond fantastic service!

The Technician, Billy, is outstanding. But the company gave me a 3 hour window of when he might show up. It would have been nice to know if he was coming early, toward the middle or near the end of the window. No updates from the company until he showed up with 10 minutes left in the 3 hour window. Then Billy told me he had stopped for lunch before he came. The issue is that this is a rental house so I had to sit there for the full 3 hours. It would have been nice to have a little more granular arrival time.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our appliances than Mike at Rescue Appliance. Mike can fix anything! He is professional and patient. And, he is knowledgeable on all makes, models and types. Plus, he is a great guy and is a pleasure to work with!

This company provided exceptional service again. Billy, my technician is friendly, courteous, very well qualified and always on time to my scheduled appointment. My handyman referred us to Appliance Rescue Service several years ago. So, they are my go to company to fix my broken appliances. Because, if they still have some life left, I get it fixed. This is why I give this company 5 stars, exceptional service. Also, Billy, my technicians keeps it real with me and on the cost of new appliance or repair. I like having that option. But for now, he fixed my dishwasher and it's operating like brand new. I highly recommend this company.

Mitchell is the best!! I like to know the details of what is not working and he was very patient and detailed in explaining. He had helpful tips for all major appliances that he shared as well. Appliance Rescue came highly recommended and I will recommend them to everyone moving forward as well. Good to know we have someone we can trust when we need them again in the future.

Oh my gosh, hire these people! They came and repaired my dishwasher two days before thirty people were coming for Christmas Eve dinner. The super friendly front office got me on the wait list and then immediately called me when they got a cancellation! The serviceman was prompt, very knowledgeable and so upbeat. While we waited for the dishwasher to drain, he went over all my appliances and gave me helpful hints that will help them last longer and save me money when they do need to be repaired. These are the best service professionals I have had out to this house ever.
