We recently hired Aurora Softwash & Pressure Washing to clean our garage floor, which had quite a bit of built-up grime. Conner was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish—professional, accommodating, and incredibly kind.

Since my husband and I aren't as spry as we once were, we needed help moving a couple of heavy items (a fridge and a metal shelving unit) before the cleaning. I spoke with Conner over the phone, and even though it’s normally the customer’s responsibility to clear the space, he kindly offered to help for a small additional fee. That flexibility made all the difference for us!
