Luke has been the key ingredient for me and the success of my small pool. He serviced my pool when I bought my home 7 years ago. Since then, he has given me great advice on what I can repair and maintain independently. Hamilton Pools has saved me $1,000's by educating me every step of the way. Just think about the potential money they lost by explaining how I could do certain repairs on my own, as long as I was comfortable trying it! I have never met a company that really tried to take care of the customer and not just line their own pockets until now!!!! 😁

I’ve been using Hamilton polls for a few years now, and not only are they the best pool company I’ve ever used, but everyone on the team are just all around good people.
I even recommended them to my daughter when she bought a house with a pool, because I knew Hamilton would check out all the existing equipment, repair what was needed, and insure that all was well for my grandkids when they went swimming. If you haven’t noticed by now, they’ve earned my full trust, respect, support and recommendation. 👍🏻

I seldom recommend a business but highly recommend Hamilton pools to anyone that needs their pool serviced or repaired. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did from start to finish.

This was a fairly large job that involved plumbing the heater, pumps, chlorinator, filter, backwash valve, and 5 water accessories, all squeezed into a very tight space. Luke, the owner, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered several helpful suggestions as well. The office kept me well informed on each step and everything was on schedule as promised.

The technician was very personable and did an extremely good job engineering the plumbing for maximum water flow as well as for future serviceability (very important to me). The quality of his work far surpassed even the original pool builder’s work and he explained everything he was going to do. If you are a DIYer you will really appreciate the quality and attention to detail, or if on the other hand, you don’t know an inlet from a outlet and don’t really care to know, you can trust that Hamilton pools will do it right.

First time using Hamilton Pools for what I thought was a heater problem. Chase (pool technician) came in as scheduled and quickly got my system going and identified a few issues which he fixed promptly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed my problem while explaining as he did. My pool is running as good as it has ever been! For me it is extremely important to have a place that is dependable and get this done by replacing (or fixing) only what needs to be fixed. I also liked the responsiveness of their main office. In short, I highly recommend Hamilton Pools!

The WEA technician was super professional, he showed up on time and took the time to explain how a clogged pipe was making my dryer work overtime AND wasting money. What I really appreciated was how careful he was. I have wood floors, and he was extremely gentle when moving the heavy machine to ensure he didn't scratch them. He put everything back exactly how he found it. It’s hard to find honest service like this in Allen these days.

I really liked how they kept in touch with me about their arrival time. W.E.A worker was very skilled and handled the job without any issues. It is great to have a company that has such a professional attitude toward their work. My dryer runs much quieter now too.

Finally after the vent cleaning, my dryer is acting right again! Thanks to these guys for helping me!! Their tech was very polite and nice and got all the lint out of my dryer in no time. Super thorough service.

Called for a dryer vent cleaning because it was taking the dryer longer to dry and the room was heating up. W.E.A Dryer Specialists came out and did a great job, removing a ton of lint and showing me before and after photos (sort of) with the lint bag. It's working faster now and definitely feels safer.
