I dont have words to describe how horrible and one of the bad/worst company in dallass to clean you pool.they destroyed our pool with lots of chemicals even though we have salt pool. People they hire for cleaning are arrogant.
we were on vacation they they didn't clean our pool.after 35 days they told us they shut down the pool pump becuase they didnt fill the water.omg they should have told this in begnning. when we came back pool was green and in a big mess. but they kept charging us. then after one week of work and our bill was $1000.still one of the employee yeld at me.

how they are in business is beyong me. save your pool dont fire them.

We cannot say enough good things about this company. The service and customer service are top notch. The prices are competitive. We tried many other companies before finding A Better Pool Service. We've been with them for years and will continue as we wouldn't trust our pool to anyone else.

This pool repair company appreciates your time and how hard you work for your money. Clayton has given us so many options to repair instead of replacing equipment to save us money. The other estimates we have received always just wanted to replace and never gave us the options to fix or repair otherwise fine working systems. I strongly recommend giving them a try next time your pool breaks or gives you grief! The pricing is the best out there as well and they will schedule calls at your convenience.

More than 12 years ago I made the decision to switch my pool service to A Better Pool Service...but prior to the change I was using a company that struggled weekly to keep my chemicals correct and they told me I was going to have to drain my pool and refill it which I knew was incorrect. I called ABPS and Clayton came and took a look at my pool and said no worries, I will have you back to normal and swimming within 24 hours and he did just that! I've been with ABPS since that day back in 2009. Clayton is quick to solve and locate pool equipment issues, he doesn't try to up sell me on things I don't need and he takes the time to explain how my equipment functions best and what are the proper settings, etc. I have recommended A Better Pool Service to my family, friends and my clients who need to get their pools ready when I'm listing their homes. A Better Pool Service also has a lighting business they hang Christmas lights and they do all my backyard lighting for my pool parties and special occasions!

Clayton provides honest advice and pricing. I know that I can trust him. He does not sell you items/equipment you do not need. In the past, I have had other pool company's work on my pool. Never again! I have been using A Better Pool Service for a few years now. Super happy every time. Samantha is polite and will call you about 20 minutes before the pool technician is arriving to your home. That is very helpful.

We recently switches to A Better Pool Service from another company (after giving this other company way too many chances over 4 years). What a difference! Quality cleans, no cutting corners, actually doing what we pay for! I highly recommend ABPS!!!

A Better Pool Service is not just better, they are the best. They are an incredible team/company to work with - from the office staff, to the weekly service techs, to the repair/specialty techs. They are all very personable, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and thoughtful. No other company I've dealt with compares to ABPS - they simply take customer relationship to another level. Do Not use. Services to repair pump $1500 failed to work 1 month after installation due to improper installation, refusal to come back 1 month later to fix and charged us $50 for their improper installation.

I called because my pool looked like a swamp. Clayton was here the same day and told me exactly what was needed. They came out, drained the pool, power washed it and made it like brand new. They also did this for hundreds less than what the competition quoted us. From the initial phone call to the after care and follow up questions I had I was treated like a VIP. I highly recommend A better pool service and will not call anyone else as long as I have a pool.

A better pool service is truly a better pool service, they are helpful and have decent prices, we had another company be extremely rude to us and annoyed with our request for a price quote since the owners had been using them they expected our business even though they treated us terribly and A Better Pool Service was a breath of fresh air, I know they are a smaller company and have shorter hours but well worth it, let’s share this company and maybe if they have enough growth the hours could expand. At least for weekend emergencies or questions.

They did an amazing job hanging our Christmas lights. Clayton was so easy to get ahold of. His crew was very professional. Very happy!

We have used A Better Pool Service for a few years now, and they treat your pool and pool equipment like it's their own. Without fail, Lance shows up on time every week and keeps the pool in perfect condition. When he identifies any issue (or potential issue), he helps us get the ball rolling with the operations staff members to get scheduled for repair. My repairs have all been handled by Rick, and it's obvious that he is skilled at troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment. I have always felt like I am getting fair pricing and high quality work.

We’ve been using A Better Pool Service for a while now. This is the second house we’ve used them at, my mom was the first to recommend them to me after I was constantly complaining about my last pool company. Making the switch was the best decision. They come out very fast every time I have an issue or concern with any equipment. If they don’t know the answer, they find someone who does. We especially love Lance, who comes out every week. Our pool is never cloudy or green and he never leaves even one leaf behind! They are all super friendly, even my 3 year old gets excited to go say hi to Lance when he is here. They go the extra mile. They sent out step by step instructions on what to do in case we lose power during the freeze. Lance took that step even further by sending out pictures for those of us who are more visual. I could go on and on about the fabulous customer service.
