I couldn’t recommend Hamilton Pools enough! When I bought my new house I was a first time pool owner. I had a huge algae outbreak because the previous owners tried to do things themselves. Hamilton Pools came in and fixed everything for me. I also had no idea it was doing when it came to pools, and they’ve been very helpful and attempt to explain things to me. They are always responsive, respectable and they have great communication. I highly recommend them!

Wow!! Great Service and Great People. We changed pool cleaners at the beginning of the year and have been very happy with the service. The tech who comes to the house does a great job and deals well with our dogs! The owner is accessible by text, which was a great upgrade from the prior server. I have only had to text him to thank him for great service.

We used Hamilton Pools for our weekly maintenance and repairs as they popped up for 4 years. Luke and his team have always been very quick to respond to any communications or necessary repairs. The pool was always in fantastic shape. I wish more services in other industries ran as smoothly and dependably as Hamilton Pools.

Luke & his team are professional, reliable and skilled in pool equipment repair and maintenance. Our pool/spa and equipment had extensive damage from the 2021 ice storm and Luke was on-top of ordering parts for repairs & taking care of what he could so we didn’t have further damage. Luke followed through with completion of the project over the extended period that the pool parts came-in (shortage due to storm) - we didn’t have to keep calling or asking about status. Hamilton pools is responsive to requests and I really like that we have the same technician here every week versus past experiences with new people coming and going from our backyard due to employee changes (we have had the same tech for 3 years with Hamilton pools ). Hamilton pools sends us an email of services performed and a picture of our pool with each weekly service. Summary of perks with this company 1) the owner is active in the operations of the company, 2) the team members are skilled and knowledgeable about pool equipment and water treatment, 3) they are ultra dependable about showing up at scheduled time and the same time every week.

Joe and I asked for suggestions on facebook for selecting a pool service. We were directed to Hamilton Pools in Allen owned and operated by Luke Bird. We have been customers for about 4 months and have been extremely happy with their service and responsiveness to our needs. Whitney in the office is delightful and wonderful to work with. Joe and I highly recommend Hamilton Pools if you are looking for an A+ pool service.

My elderly father let his pool get away from him, and with the freeze early in the year, his pool and pump were completely shot. Hamilton was recommended to us by a pool guy we know to come clean, repair and replace his set up. I cannot tell you how much they went above and beyond our expectations. They are easy to connect with and very detailed in every process as well as very nice people. It made a very daunting task very effortless. Cannot recommend them enough. We bought a house in 2021 that had our very first pool and we had no idea what any of the equipment was or how to take care of it! We have learned so much from Hamilton Pools as well as they keep our pool clean and running all year long! The freeze this week did a real number on our pool and not only did they help work through what we needed to do over the phone, Luke came out and spend time with my husband working to save our equipment. If you are looking for amazing customer service and over knowledge these are the guys for sure!

Update:
Since my 1st review below 11 months ago we have since started using HP for our weekly maintenance. They kicked the algae blooms we have been fighting for over three years (we never could get it to go away) within a week. The pool looks great. I am enjoying not having to worry about the pool being balanced, brushed, worse algae and the list goes on. It is well worth the cost. Time is money and add the amount of money we were spending on chemicals. We are more than happy to have Hamilton taking care of it now. If I could give 10 stars I would.

They came out replaced two motors and installed an upgrade for our controller. They were very quick with scheduling and giving us the initial bid. They gave us alternative numbers for the bid which we requested and another company left out. I highly recommend Hamilton Pools and we will be using them from now on.

His superior communication, expertise, and willingness to answer all our questions gave us complete peace of mind. Exceptional service—highly recommend!

I have used a variety of pool services in the Dallas Metroplex and the entire operation at Hamilton Pools is fantastic. The owner, Luke, is involved from the moment you call, personally assists in repair discussions and commitment to the quality of their services. The front office is always keeping me aware of what is going, even if weather is an issue and a tech might be late the for my weekly service, I am made aware. Nate does an amazing job keeping our pool clean, has sparkled since the day he started and if he has to spend extra time getting it done, he will. Nevermind they have the best repair tech in the biz, Chase, who is the reason I came to Hamilton Pools. His integrity and quality of work makes me almost happy when he has to come out and deal with any equipment issues I have had. I would recommend Hamilton Pools to anyone who is looking for the entire range of pool care needs.

Hamilton Pools is a fantastic company. Every week you get an organized email with notes and pictures. Very professional. If I have a question I can email or call and have my answer right away. This was the third company I’ve used since I’ve moved to Allen. Third times a charm. I wasn’t going to give up until I found the best. The team is so knowledgeable about all of my equipment. Hamilton Pools does such a great job keeping my pool in great condition!

Hamilton Pools has provided excellent service on my pool for several years. DE tank cleaning and repairs when needed have all been done top notch and fairly priced. Really appreciate the one off service when a problem arises. Recently had a winter guard problem and Chase quickly diagnosed over text messages that the skimmer doors were probably frozen shut. They were and after clearing the ice, the pump primed and starting working properly. This fast and kind service probably saved me from thousands of dollars in equipment repairs/replacement. Highly recommended!!!

We love Hamilton Pools so much! They have had outstanding customer service since the beginning. We've used them for 3 years now and they are consistent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The can often diagnose an issue from a simple question and have prompt response and service times. Also, every Monday morning, there's a cute pool boy (Matt) doing our maintenance. Between the owner (Luke), Chase (who does our service calls and filter cleans), Matt (who is the friendly face we see in our backyard), and Whitney (who manages all the logistics to make things happen), the team is incredible! I think I'm forgetting Nathan in the mix but he's awesome too.
If you want someone to care for your pool (or who will willingly show you how to do it - and then you'll promptly give it back to them to do), then Hamilton Pools is the best.
