They managed to remove all the paint from the carpet, and it looked as good as new when they finished. Later, they even called to let me know to keep an eye out in case any paint came up from underneath, and said they would come back if I noticed anything else. Their quick response, friendly attitude, and professional service really stood out to me. Plus, the price for the cleaning was very reasonable. miguel came out to clean my carpets and did a really great job. he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything looked fresh and spotless. i was impressed with how careful he was with my home and how he explained the cleaning process. the only thing i'd mention is that the online information said furniture would be moved and protected during cleaning, but in my case, the furniture was cleaned around instead. honestly, it worked out fine since those spots didn’t really need a deep clean. having just one technician made sense, especially since moving heavy furniture alone isn't easy. overall, i'm very happy with the service and would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning.

keith and elias at Nola Rug & Upholstery Cleaning did an amazing job on my carpets. after about a year my carpets in allen get pretty dirty, especially with my dog, and even though i vacuum and try to spot clean, some stains just won’t come out. the deep carpet cleaning they did really made a difference. i’ve tried other services before, but i was always left wishing for better results, but not this time. my carpets look like new after they finished, and it really felt worth every penny.

8/19/16 - moved in and had guy come for quote on air duct cleaning, countertop refinishing, and tile cleaning. I asked for samples of countertop refinishing because the pictures online look great, but he didn't have them. I would have schedule both air duct cleaning and counter resurfacing right then, but I only scheduled air duct cleaning. This house has TONS of vents -- we ended up paying $650 for air duct cleaning -- but the person didn't leave samples (my husband can work from home...but I cannot).

8/26/16 -- called back to see if someone could leave samples. They said a supervisor would call me. Supervisor said he was sorry I was told they could leave samples because they can't. OK, can you come by and show me them? I work and have to pick up son from daycare - I can't be home until 6:30. Sorry, we don't work that late. OK, what about a weekend? No. Fine. I called the store and asked if I could speak to someone else because I just dropped hundreds of dollars and want to spend more and feel like I'm being treated like shizz. Someone came on the line and I explained that I'd like to see samples and are you open Saturday (I was willing to drive to Allen to see them). No. OK, well the earliest I can be home is 6:30. She said Well we only work until 5...I said so do I. I said Look I'm not going to steal your samples, you can come pick them up when you come to do the work! She said OK let me see if we can drop them off on your porch...I said my husband is home right now you don't even have to leave them on the porch. She said OK let me find out and I'll call you back. I seriously doubt I will be hearing back from them.

Very disappointing, I was so excited to get my ugly laminate resurfaced and their pictures look great, but it seems once they had my hundreds of dollars from air duct cleaning they weren't interested in my business anymore. And the only way to make this happen is to take off work so I can see samples.

Whatever. Guess who won't ever be cleaning my air ducts again.
