Express Carpet cleaning came out and in less than two hours had my area rug and sofa cleaned. The sofa hadn’t been cleaned in four years, so it was pretty dirty and even though it’s still wet you can definitely tell the difference.

We set up an appointment with this company. They were able to offer a next day service. When they arrived we kindly asked them to remove their shoes. The man didn’t want to. We explained that it is due to religious reasons and we don’t step into the house with shoes. He said he understood but he didn’t want to. I offered him to get shoe cover (he didn’t have it with himself) within 5 minutes. He said he couldn’t wait and he would leave. I asked one more time to give him slippers but he declined. When I told him he wasn’t being helpful he slightly became rude and said he is leaving. My car was parked in front of his car so he said, rather as he was giving an order to me in a tone that one wouldn’t talk to another person, “Move your car I am leaving.” I apologized to him but he said no. Not sure as to what required this sort of reaction. The price he gave was reasonable but the way he talked towards the end of the conversation was rather rude. We didn’t get the service so not sure how it would have ended but if you have sensitivity when it comes to removing shoes before entering the house, the person that came to our house from this company didn’t want to and was neither willing to work it out with us. Not sure what type of long reply he will write back here but we didn’t deserve this type of reaction towards the end of the conversation. We found another person who did a wonderful job at a lesser price.

Larry did an amazing job with the carpet cleaning. I would recommend 100%. He is great at what he's doing and gives fair prices. I'm lucky to find him and do business with him

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your offer of a discount after I wanted to call the police; however, the issue extends beyond a simple matter of going over areas again. As I mentioned, proper cleaning requires not just repeating steps, but doing the job correctly the first time. With my family’s extensive experience in carpet cleaning, I can confidently say that the work performed did not meet acceptable standards.

The reason I engaged your services was due to the unavailability of rental equipment suited to my needs, so I trusted your company’s expertise. When I brought up concerns about your cleaning methods, the explanation I received—that this is how the staff was taught—did not alleviate my doubts about the quality of the work.

I will be posting photos of the finished rooms so others can see the results and decide for themselves. Ultimately, customers deserve transparency and quality, and I hope your company takes this feedback seriously to improve future service.

Stay away!! Scam artist!!!. They rush through the job, and don't actually clean anything. They wet your carpet and go across with the wand thats it. Rushing to get your money. They knew what they did and didn't complain about the money I offered to give because they knew they were wrong. How do you clean 7 rooms effectively in 1 1/2 hrs. Tell me how that works please. Any reputable company can tell you that. Highly upset and now I still have to go behind and clean behind the cleaners

It amazes me to see that these people have as many stars as they do, and it's probably because most people don't realize what a real job is supposed to look like.

Larry and his crew were punctual, polite, and efficient. A few spots on our carpet had some wicking issues. Larry explained to us, returned the next day to re-clean the spots, and lent us a fan to help dry the areas more quickly. I recommend his service 100%.

Great job! We had several pet stains from an elderly dog and then a puppy, and the stains and smells are all gone! Cost was reasonable and they were able to come out a few days after I called.

Larry showed up on-time and supposedly cleaned 3 areas plus stairs. Took him 1 hour and a half. I paid him without looking over his work cause I trusted he is a professional and and the high rating in these reviews. Regretfully when I did check his work later on same day… all the stains are still there!!! Awful! It seems all he did was wet the carpet and vacuumed. No improvement! When we contacted him he said he can come back for $75 more. He said he used some enzymes chemical but apparently that does nothing in removing dirt and stains. We paid nearly $200 for nothing! BEWARE!!!!
The areas we requested to be cleaned are upstairs and Larry was very nice and polite. When he finished he asked to let the area dry and that’s why I didn’t immediately check the work. My bad but when business I expect the work to be done satisfactorily and TRUST should be given. He didn’t offer to correct without charging another amount and that’s just wrong, very wrong!

Larry & Express Carpet Cleaning are amazing professional prompt service and friendly. Even adjusted to a hectic schedule and came out late afternoon to take care of our carpet cleaning needs. Definitely would recommend him to our family and friends.

I got 2 dogs a few months ago toppled with 4 kids. Left for a weekend and came back and realized my carpet was awful, stained, and didn’t smell good. 830pm on Wednesday I searched for a cleaning company, usually I go through Stanley but wanted a smaller company this time. Found Express called and had appointment Friday. He was prompt and on time. Upfront with cost. He educated me to what my issue is that have been noticing and my carpets turned out freaking amazing. Thank you so much Express Carpet on affordable rate, efficient and producing great work.

Truly unbelievable how clean he was able to get my carpets. Years of dog accidents, soda spills and dirt are GONE! House smells better and carpets look as new as the day they were installed! Pricing is the best around too!

This was a very pleasant and professional experience. It has been awhile since we’ve had our carpet cleaned so I went with the recommendation to do the enzyme treatment. Larry was very pleasant as well as professional when suggesting that it would brighten the carpet…it never felt like a sales tactic. I was very satisfied with the service we received and the charge was reasonable. Any future carpet cleaning needs will be done by Express Carpet as we are very satisfied . Job Well Done.

We called late on a Friday night to clean our bedroom carpet. It was an emergency and Lawerence Alvarez with Express Carpet Cleaning was here within the hour. He did an outstanding job. Thank you so much. We will definitely use him again.

Larry quickly responded to my web request and took care of my carpet the very next morning. He takes pride in his work. He’s obviously quite experienced. We bought a house with carpet in obvious need of a good cleaning. I assumed there would be a few stains beyond the ability of modern technology to remove, but Larry even took care of the mystery stain the inspector noted as “cat vomit?”. You want to do business with folks like Larry. No middleman and no shareholders who insist on their cut!

Had my stairs, 2nd floor and couches deep cleaned in two separate visits. Larry did an amazing job, was upfront about potential risks, and the price was very fair. As expected and discussed in our initial consultation, due to their nature, a few pet stains came back through. But, honestly, if I did not already know they were there I probably would not have noticed. Either way when Larry came back to clean the couch upholstery, he went over those spots again without a second thought. Overall the service was fantastic, and we could not be more grateful. We will definitely be bookmarking Express Carpet Cleaning for our future needs.

This was for a 3 bedroom move out carpet cleaning. The job itself was great! Booking was easy and I was able to get a last minute appointment. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. The only issue I had at all- website says 3 rooms for $99. However I got up charged for closets, and some stain removal. I completely understand the stain removal up charge, but for closets? Really? They weren’t huge walk ins either. Felt kinda duped. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $250. Would I use them again? Yes, but I’d get clarification first when booking, on possible pricing.
