I have a friend that was scammed from this company. They did a horrible job and then gave him the run around on fixing the work. After a month of many excuses they promised a refund and then blocked him. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and I hope they don’t do this to someone else and waste their money and time…

Good place to get your carpets cleaned! Especially if you have pets!! They worked efficiently and carefully. Only took an hour and a half to do my living room/hallway/stairs/bedroom. Now my house doesn't have doggo smell lol! Will be referring to friends and family!

My carpets, sofa and rugs turned out so great after Penn Way came out and cleaned them. They were on time, professional, left my carpet, rugs and sofa looking brand new. Calling them now to spot clean a new pet stain.

The carpet is clean except for the area that they didn't do (my side of the bed). They asked my boyfriend for $11 more than the agreed upon price. We didn't pay it. My RV is around 280 SQ feet and I didn't think $136 would be a fair to me price.

I called this morning asking if there's anyway they could clean my carpets today. And without hesitation they said "absolutely what time works best for you." After arriving he took a quick look at my carpets , told me there should be no problem getting any of the stains out except one particular spot ( I had a desk that I moved and there was a rust spot where one of the legs were) he was very honest with me, told me that he was not going to be able to get that one out. But to my surprise I can't even tell it was there.
