I just came home to see my Initial Cleaning and I had to leave a review. They did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! They even changed the sheets on my bed. I couldn’t say it enough but I am extremely impressed. How in the world I survived without them is beyond me! Looking forward to my weekly cleaning.

Feb 7: Mari and Maria did a very nice job today! They were friendly, efficient and cleaned to my specifications! Great service by Sonia and Bessi. They went above and beyond for the cleaning. They even emptied my grandson’s diaper genie, which is normally done regularly by his parents. Great to have a clean house before Thanksgiving.

We’ve used Cleaning Authority McKinney-Allen for over a year. Our team, Alexandra Garcia and Alix Ramirez, cleans very thoroughly with strong attention to detail. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle and smell really fresh. In living room and bedrooms they even move small furniture when vacuuming, vacuum the upholstery, even drape our throw blankets in lovely shapes. In 30 years using services in the DFW area, Alexandra and Alix are my favorite cleaning team.

I have waited for a few months of service with The Cleaning Authority to leave a review. My family and I are pleased with them. Their crew consistently does a thorough job. Management does periodic in-person check-ins and quality checks during cleanings. The communication is great regarding cleaning areas of focus, the crew's ETA (varies a bit week to week, since we are late on an afternoon schedule and prior cleaning durations can vary), etc. There is flexibility in rescheduling with adequate notice, adding or removing rooms for any given cleaning via their app. I highly recommend them.

Tania and Ana come once every month and are very good at completing their job. We asked for certain things to be done and they never miss a step. I would recommend this company to anyone reading. They listen to what you personally want completed and don't ignore you.

Loved that there were some "still living" herbs I could purchase. It's so unfortunate that their stock of plants consists of so many dead varieties. 😫 They truly need someone dedicated to keeping their plants alive!

Plano Tree Care did an outstanding job with a tree removal and with stabilizing a tree. I highly recommend their services!
