The owner Ali was professional and nice and very attentive to cleanliness detail.He really made sure everything was covered on the cleaning that was agreed upon. And the cleaning crew as well are very professional. My daughter's tub and bathroom sink used to have lots of gunk and the lady made it looks so much better. Her room also looks and smells clean! My kitchen oven looks spotless from how it used to be. Every dust in nooks and crannies was wiped clean.When they left, the house was sparkly clean. They did such great job! Thank you!

I have been using Tidy Upped for about a year and a half at this point, and I will not let them go.

I live by myself and do not have any pets at this point, so I chose their once per month service. This 1x per month whole-home-cleaning is what keeps my place in clean livable shape.

I remember trying to clean one or two rooms per week on my own was a constant effort that took my focus away from other areas of my life where it was required.

No more! As long as I “pick up” the mess around my place and do some spot cleaning in the kitchen, my home is in a consistent state of habitable cleanliness.

I recommend this service hands down to anyone who asks.

Great cleaning service. Everything looks great! Very respectful of our home. Arrived on time. They come every 2 weeks. We love how they divide our home into 4 zones. They clean the whole house every time, but do extra cleaning on one of the 4 zones each time.

I am overall pleased with the cleanings I have received. The ladies are hard workers and do a good job. The one thing I don't like is that they don't always move items on the floor to clean underneath. With lots of inside pets, fur is always hiding under things. I've also noticed they dust around rather than underneath items on my desk. The good they do outweighs these little things.

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my house for many years. They do a very good job and are always friendly, happy ladies. Generally its the same ladies who come which I like the consistency. Today Marleny and Mayra came, the house is clean and ready for the holiday. Thank you Cleaning Authority!

I have cleaning authority to clean my house for about 3 months now, and I am pretty happy with their service. Analy and Esmeralda have been doing a wonderful job, they are very sweet and they get the job done well and professionally.

Team Five - Antonia and Yailin do a very nice job in our home. They are timely and efficient. Very much enjoy having them service our home. We look forward to the results when they are finished.

We've tried them off and on for a few years with multiple calls to management, damaged antiques, rushing through the cleanings, poor cleanings, unmopped floors and today was the second time they've locked my dog in the bathroom. This is it, today was the last day. It is absolutely unacceptable to lock my very gentle, sweet dog in the bathroom. She was locked in there for over 8 hours and I'm furious.

We just switched to The Cleaning Authority about 2 months ago now. They are amazing and so responsive. I also love the rotation of the deep clean areas. Such a Brilliant concept.
