This is my first time using a cleaning service so I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations by far! They communicated with me throughout the process and when I came home after a 12 hour shift I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you

Was told upfront that the clean for a 1700sf home would take 2-3 hours (closer to 2). They called in the middle of the clean and said the cleaners needed an additional 1.5-2 hours, I asked why and the lady on the phone said “I’m not sure”. I felt my hands were tied because this was a move out clean and I wasn’t present and able to observe how they were utilizing their time cleaning. Over 4 hours for a 1700sf empty home is absurd and I will not be using this company again.

Life takes time to clean the things you know need cleaning. When time isn't on your side, Molly Maids helped me make the difference. My place was cleaned and Molly Maids helped me create time I needed for life.

I have used Molly Maids since 2011 in multiple homes. They are very responsive and do a nice job. If something needs attention they are right on top of it. I recommend them!

Our home was serviced by Laura and Eva from Molly Maid of Park cities. I couldn’t be happier with the home cleaning service I received from start to finish both these ladies were professional and incredibly thorough. The bathrooms were spotless. What really stood out was they were friendly and genuine. I felt like they treated my home as if it were their own. I will definitely be using their service and recommending them to family and friends. Ask for Eva and Laura you won’t be disappointed.

I’m really disappointed with Molly Maid. I gave them two chances to make it right, but both times they did not clean my house properly. The only time they actually did a good job was the very first visit. After that, the quality went downhill, and for the price I paid, I expected consistency and professionalism. I will not be using their services again.

We moved and needed our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment cleaned for we can get our deposit back. I had a team of 2 ladies who did an amazing job! They cleaned everything and made it look brand new. Plus it smelled so fresh and clean.

Very disappointed with the pricing and use of time. I had 4 ladies come and clean a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment (1,050 sq ft) that was very tidy, just needed help in the bathrooms and a good dusting, wipe down, and vacuum. It took them 2 hours to clean, cost me 230$ and that’s without tip. That’s insane! I could’ve done a better job and it would’ve been quicker. The clean itself was ok, my apartment doesn’t smell fresh and clean and I would NOT eat off my floor with the mop they used. Just save your money.

The house they cleaned is my grandson's home. He had to leave suddenly in September for a few months, so I been keeping an eye on things until he returns. However, I don't clean his house. I wanted a good cleaning. They came in and 3 hours later they cleaned his 3 story home. Very happy with thier work, professionalism, with no wasted movement. I would use them again if needed.

We have used Molly Maid now for a few months and we’re so impressed each time. We are so thankful for the due diligence and the service that they provide. The team this last week (Julia and Rosibel) did amazing and left our house feeling so clean. They truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful that we found them to help stay on top of cleaning!

Will NOT ever use Molly maid again. Left oven cleaner in my oven I went to use my oven put food in it to cook and everything started to smell strong strong chemical smell turns out they never cleaned the rest of my oven now I have to throw away the food and air out my house things in the house still dirty I didn’t have to check the way in needed to and went over time they quoted I mean they spent most of their time in my master bedroom which is just wild to me since I pre cleaned before they came I just needed a deep clean then they spent time remaking the bed I already made. Won’t be using ever again pissed. Yes it was under a different name because this cleaning was a gift to me. The 2020 one went about the same with the bait and switch time frame however because I stood firm that issue was resolved.

Molly Maids has been so reliable and responsive. We’ve used the service for several months now and from the start we knew it would be a good fit. The owner came by to do the initial estimate and he was not pushy or aggressive, instead he was really helpful and patient. . . The cleaners that come have been a different team each time, which at first I wasn’t sure how I felt about that, but eventually I decided that it’s so much easier/ more convenient to know someone will be there on my schedule rather than trying to fit into a someone else’s schedule.

Cleaning team #3 came in a made my day. The apartment was a disaster and by the time they left, it was spectacular. They were friendly, fast, and detailed. I truly appreciated your help and look forward to working with you in the future.
