Ali, Melina, & Staff at Tidy Upped House Cleaning did a PHENOMENAL Job on my apartment in McKinney! Being a single guy and working a lot - they made it super easy to schedule and get the job done while I was at work on a Friday Afternoon. My place smells the best it ever has and saved me so much time to focus on my career and family. This is the best home cleaner in all of Collin County and this small and family-owned enterprise does the right thing when nobody is watching. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will be signing up for bi-weekly or monthly cleanings and will NOT use anyone else. I hired Tidy Upped for cleaning during my move-out. They were very responsive and promptly responded to all of my inquiries. As soon as I contacted them, they sent me a quote with a detailed list of all the services included. There were minor issues related to the scheduling, but they owned-up to it and found a way to still make me a happy customer. It is very customer-oriented business. Moe, Noah and the rest of the team were very friendly, diligent in their work and professional. I highly recommend this business and will definitely hired them again.

The team of three that cleaned my house was very attentive to detail and very communicative about what they were doing. They were on time as well which I appreciated. They were considerate of the fact I work from home and worked to get my office space cleaned quickly and first so I could do my job while they did theirs. I nearly cried when I saw the excellent job of polishing and cleaning the fronts of all the kitchen cabinets. It stuck out like an eyesore and I’d been meaning to get to it for a long time so thrilled they did it for me. I will have the crew back to do follow up cleanings for sure.

Had a 4 person team do a too to bottom deep cleaning. House looks amazing now. Will continue to have them back every 2 weeks to keep up appeance. Highly recommend very reasonable price. Owner was very professional and great communication.

Ali is very professional and resourceful. Tidy upped not only assisted me with my house cleaning needs, I was also provided with contact information for a home organizer as well (being Tidy Upped just clean the home). When Karen can out and cleaned I was very impressed with her finish work. She was very polite and professional, I will use this company again for my cleaning needs.

I had a rental whereas the tenant smoked in the primary bathroom without my knowledge. He had a cleaning crew come out to clean the whole house but could not get rid of the cigarettes smell. I contacted Tidy Upped to do a custom job of washing all the walls and ceiling of that one room before painting. The price was reasonable since they have to charge by the hour for a custom job. It's important for me that a company keep an open line of communication between pre and post job, and charge a reasonable rate with good service.

I contacted several cleaning companies to obtain quotes for a residential move out. Ali was the only one who took the time to do a site visit and discuss what was needed and my budget. He really listened. His company did a great job and followed up with a quality control visit and also contacted me to ensure that I was satisfied. I was impressed with the level of professionalism from start to finish!

I have been using Tidy Upped for over a year. Having my elderly mom live with me, I needed a little extra help with keeping up with cleaning. They are absolutely wonderful. They really pay attention to detail and go the extra mile with extra cleaning up after my two large dogs, especially with all the mud from the rain. Doing the bi-weekly cleaning has allowed me extra quality time to spend with my mom and focus on other projects around the house. This is such a blessing!
