CitiTurf is the best lawn service we have ever had. The crews do a great job, and service is responsive to our requests for cutting shorter or longer, etc. during the growing season. And a huge plus is the fact that CitiTurf is not two guys and a pickup truck - they have a real office staff that answers the phone and responds to emails. This alone makes them stand above the rest. We have just moved to the Wylie area about 2 months ago. We sought out services in the area for the new house. We are using Citi Turf for the yard care, pest control and fertilizing. We even had them out to access possible grubs when we experienced a armadillo. All of the guys that have been out have been execellent. The office staff is super helpful. We are happy to recommend and glad to do business with a company that values service and its customers.

I have been using CitiTurf for several years.i always get compliments from my neighbors about my yard. CitiTurf staff is always responsive and friendly. I also participate in their “feed and weed” program where they proactively fertilize or put down weed control. My yard has never looked so beautiful! Their staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

CT does a good job of caring for the lawn itself. Killing weeds, etc. My only complaint is that they’ve been pretty had on my cedar fence with the weedeater.

The mowing service is excellent and consistent. Best of all, I can modify or cancel any scheduled service. Very flexible.

Just one minor thing. I wish they can rake leaves in the Fall. Currently such service is not available in a reasonable price just like their mowing service.

I am blessed with a beautiful lawn thanks to the efforts of CitiTurf. Their regular treatments of fertilizer and weed treatment have my lawn looking lush and green. Especially nice is their help in treating diseases or insect problems when they appear. I’ve used four other services similar to CitiTurf in years past and CitiTurf is far and away the best.

We absolutely love CitiTurf. When I first hired them a few years ago, my yard was nothing but weeds, almost zero grass! I started paying them and they would come out to spray periodically, and at first I didn't really see a difference after the first month so I complained. Their email was kind, respectful, and professional! They got right to the point and said "trust us" and you won't be disappointed! They said your yard is pretty bad and give it time. I trusted them and after a few months my yard was the best looking yard on the entire street! It's been the healthiest lawn ever since they took over! My wife and I are extremely pleased with their work and staff. If you have concerns about pet allergies or certain types of grass that may not need fertilizing, you just email or let the guy who comes out know about it. They will work with you with every concern. We have a dog, and he has never had any issues but if your pets do, just let them know so they can change up the fertilizers they use. They also will scalp your grass in the beginning of the spring and let me tell you, they have the best sprinkler guy on the planet! It will be a sad sad day if he ever leaves CitiTurf! He has done so much work for us over the years! I think to use him you need to be signed up for service monthly, but don't quote me on that! I hope this review helps! Scott, Kate, and Ringo!! :P

We've had Cititurf service our homes now for probably 5 years or so. We've had mowing, fertilization, tree and shrub care services and our lawn is one of the best looking on the block. They are always available when I call and need a question answered, their responsiveness is quick and they are great about sending us updates on service and the techs are good about leaving notes after services are performed. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Cititurf mows my lawn weekly, trims and cleans monthly, and sprays for weed control. Quality and dependability come to mind! Have used them for many years!

Been a customer of CitiTurf for over 10 years and they’ve always done a great job which leaves me very sad that I was forced to part ways. I called to cancel my quarterly weed prevention service and was told that my weekly lawn service would have to also be cancelled. Apparently they only do the weekly lawn service if you also pay for a separate service too. I explained I wanted to keep the weekly lawn service but was told that wasn’t possible unless I also paid for either the weed prevention or the pest treatment. So I had to go ahead and cancel everything. Luckily lawn care services are abundant and should be easy to find a replacement. Just disappointed that keeping a 10+ year customer didn’t matter to CitiTurf.
