We love CitiTurf! They do a fantastic job taking care of our weekly mowing. They’re extremely dependable, always do a great job, and are very professional. We also love their services for tree and shrub trimming, weeding, sprinkler repair, and lawn fertilization. They also send emails with tips and tricks to help keep your yard looking great! We’ve been happy customers for many years!

CitiTurf has been taking care of my lawn for about 8 years now (2 at my last house and 6 at my current address). I am always happy with the way the lawn looks and the progress it makes the season they take over caring for it. They also take care of my trees and shrubs now which has saved me money since the trees and shrubs are thriving instead of needing replaced regularly, and they do a great job with home pest control. It's great being able to get all these services for my home from one reliable provider. Plus they always come out and make it right if I have any issues (which rarely occurs). I've been a customer since 2011 and extremely happy with Cititurf. I use them for mowing, pruning, leaf cleanup, irrigation repairs, and pest control. Pricing is reasonable, service is timely, and communication and support is excellent.

Cititurf has provided reasonably priced and very professional lawn services since I started with them 3 years ago. They have a diverse set of services (mowing, fertilization, sprinkler repair, tree/shrub trimming, etc) which means they are almost a one stop shop. Any issues are quickly addressed and they are good at listening before making assumptions. I am a customer as long as I own my home and highly recommend them.

These guys actually value their customers by providing “old school” customer service. Any instance I’ve had questions/concerns, I receive a response, usually the same day. More than once, I’ve actually received an on-site visit to address the concern in-person. They never try to up-sale but thoroughly explain any recommendation for additional service. 2025 UPDATE: I wish I had a recorder and a dollar for every time I have received a compliment or recognition for my yard. I would be able to share those proud moments with you by playing it back and I would have a pocketful of cash!

I always share with people who ask what company I use and always speak highly of them because they are that good. I've added some updated pictures of the lawn since my last post in 2023 to show the continued efforts of CitiTurf maintaining my lawn. The first 6 pictures are from 2023 and the last 6 are from Spring of 2025. It's as though they see my yard as their yard too.

2023 REVIEW: I never thought I would use a lawn service because I love yard work and have a degree in horticulture/landscape design/turf grass management but...funny how life has a way of changing things while I made my plans! Due to health issues I asked CitiTurf to help me out and they accepted. I am so grateful they added me to their client roster because my turf now looks its best EVER.

My corner lot has presented some issues this Spring. 1) Front yard was deeply rutted from a pickup truck running up into it after heavy rains. 2) Lots of die back from the winter freezes we had and 3) several delivery trucks making U-turns and running up over the curb resulting in torn up turf and causing major ruts and broken sprinkler heads. The crews have persevered! They are meticulous, prompt and detail oriented and I so appreciate all their efforts.

I was recently told by several neighbors how beautiful the entire yard appears. I credit this to CitiTurf, their excellent communication and their skilled crews. As a senior, I know from all my years working how tiresome and difficult it can be to work outside. These men work hard and get the job done while practicing excellence.

Lawn Treatment has been outstanding!
However, Tree & Shrub did not mention my cedar tree has a center branch turning yellow. It’s been turning yellow since early spring.
* I would like to add that immediately following the above post concerning my cedar tree, CitiTurf responded and remedied the fungus which only became visible when temperatures turn very hot. I’m very happy with the results.
