My AC went out on a hot sunny day so I had to act quickly. I found these guys online and gave them a call. On the same day they showed up, quickly discovered what caused the issue. They got the parts and in just a matter of hours, I had my AC back.

THE Holidays, WHAT COULD GO WRONG!?!?
Our gas oven goes out of course it would happen the night before Christmas eve, google for appliance repair and so many to choose from but Smartway Heating stood out to me because it was family owed , they were friendly when I called and quick to come the rescue, the response and the time it took to repair was swiftly done within 2hours...my husband and i are forever grateful! They will always be our first call if ever any of our appliances go out!

I was babysitting grandchildren and garbage disposal went out and leaked water . I called SmartWay and they sent Michael, a very knowlegable, personable and able technician. Michael repaired the appliance and I was happy with the warranty. I would definitely recommend him and the company. My issue happened Fri nite and he arrived Sat. on time! 5 stars and Bravo SmartWay and Michael!

They were very prompt and professional, as well as an actual kind human, Olga, answered the phone and understood my drier situation and scheduling challenge! Our newish LG dryer works better than ever! Sasha diagnosed the issue which was actually the breaker and was able to repair it. So impressed with this appliance repair business, highly recommend!! Stan did a great job fixing my fridge. I booked an appointment online and he contacted me the same day to get details about the problem I was having. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the cause. He explained everything very clearly and fixed it quickly. Stan is very professional and knowledgeable! Alex from Smartway was amazing! He was extremely quick in fixing my dryer that stopped drying my clothes. He was so helpful & he even flipped the way my dryer opened to help us load clothes into the dryer easier. Will definitely be using them again when I have appliance issues!!

Well I would tell you about my experience with the work, but I never got a chance. I had someone come out to my house about 3 weeks ago now or longer to take a look and see what was needing to be done to fix the issue I was having. I have been calling, texting, and leaving voicemails now almost on a daily basis for someone to send me just an estimate and I never received it. I will be moving on to another company that might actually be able to get me an estimate. Would not recommend anyone to this company. My issue could have already been resolved with work, but been going on and on with this company.

The a/c went out early Sat morning and Caesar came in less than an hour. It was raining the whole time he was on the roof fixing the a/c. He got it going and all is good again - and cool. Thanks for taking care of business.

I've been using Central Mechanical for close to 15 years, as I have moved from home to home. Recently I had them replace my upstairs AC unit, and I thought I was off to a worry free summer. Murphy's law had other plans - the upstairs unit (which they replaced 2 years ago) wasn't cooling properly - Caeser showed up within an hour and had me up and running again after some minor adjustments. 4 days later, no cooling again - Caeser determined that I had a bad compressor that had seized and wouldn't run at all. Good news - it was all under warranty, and I am happy to report that I came home from work to a pleasantly cool home, both upstairs and downstairs!

Took the time to explain each step of the way, always reasonable pricing, and they stand by their work and products. If you need AC help, call Central Mechanical and let them ease your stress!
