Update: Christmas this year was extra warm in Texas and the AC was turned back on. It was definitely overworked (I live in an older home) and shut off completely. Jordan was sent out to fix it. I've had On the Spot HVAC out to my home several times over the past year to troubleshoot one of my AC units that’s been giving me recurring issues. I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and the team at On the Spot HVAC. After weeks of dealing with burning eyes and throat irritation every time my heater ran, they came out and took my concerns seriously from the very start.

They replaced the entire air handler in the attic, the outdoor unit, cleaned the ducts, and even cleaned my home afterwards. The whole job was done professionally and efficiently between 8:30 am and noon. Aaron was knowledgeable, honest, and made my health concerns a top priority instead of brushing them off.

The difference is night and day. The air in my house finally feels clean and safe again.

I called On The Spot HVAC after becoming increasingly frustrated by other reputable HVAC companies, who were quick to come out but not as detailed or methodical, and unable to diagnose the problem. From the first call with Jeff, who was so kind and considerate and really understood the frustration I had with no one being able to fix my heating/air conditioning problems in a rental property I own. Jeff said he would send out his senior technician, Patrick. This really reassured me. Patrick came out for my AC repair and furnace repair, and I was blown away by his honesty, patience, and professionalism. Patrick was so extremely knowledgeable, methodically diagnosed the problem, explained every step of what was wrong and what he was doing, and fixed the issue quickly. I have never met such a smart, kind, and knowledgeable HVAC technician before. He charged by the job, and I felt very happy in knowing that he stood by his work. I've been using On the Spot to perform bi-annual inspections for the Summer/Winter seasons and they've been great. It's a relief to know you're system is maintained and working as it should. Also, any issues I've had they would come out right away and for free. Today, Jeffrey came by to do our winter inspection. He arrived on time and gave me updates and recommendations. Jeffrey was great. Efficient, communicative, and honest. He even was able to come earlier than anticipated after he communicated he was in the area. Sold me on a membership, but it’s reasonably priced and with that type of service I’m happy to keep doing business with them rather than waiting for a 6 hour timeframe some of these other places give.

On the Spot HVAC is a great company you can trust. Patrick McGraw has been wonderful to help me with my aging system. I had to replace the system but they were very upfront regarding pricing. Plus, their warranty and service agreement makes it a great deal. You can count on this company for your HVAC needs. I wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC needs.
