Great selection of HVAC parts good company ,and employee Connor was very professional when I called for a hard start kit phone only ringed once and he picked up the phone and when I was paying for the items I bought excellent customer service.

Excellent service from the guys here. Very funny sense of humor as well. Got me what I needed and handled my issues promptly and with a friendly attitude. Didnt catch their names because I rushed to leave for a job but the guys scheduled to work today around 11AM were awesome

With the nationwide shortages if A2L refrigerants this is unacceptable. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Stopped by and was very impressed with the assortment of tools and parts in stock, Ivan was very helpful and knowledgeable on products on hand.

They sell to general public too, but at a whopping 50% markup and then they have the gall to add a no return policy on top of that. Amazing business model.

If you are hoping to save a buck by buying things and doing the job yourself, these guys are totally eating up into the saving. You are better off hiring a pro.

Else go to an online shop or Locke Supply, much better prices for the non-pro.

The staff is friendly, I will give them that much. :)

First of all I can’t stress enough how reliable and efficient ‘On The Spot Air Conditioning & Heating Plano’ is! My Dad’s second floor bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling that came from the attic where the old air conditioning unit sits. They came out addressed the problem and within hours we have a new system up and running seamlessly! Thank you ‘On The Spot Air Conditioning & Heating Plano’ for the quick installation! I was so impressed with the team of 5 or 6 technicians that came working on it and how knowledgeable and patient they are answering all my questions and explaining every step of the process! You can see the quality of work and the unit was put together beautifully, thanks again! Think my Dad can sleep soundly now.😀

Hands down the best HVAC experience I have ever had. Bao and Cody were the best. Helped in all ways possible. Not only did they do an amazing job on the AC unitS. But they gave me great advice on other aspects of my buildout. From electrical to gas. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was not only happy with their work but I was building out for the long run. Would not hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to anyone. Need more stars to give honestly.

Timely, same day service, polite, and quality work. The technician JP, resuscitated our dying 20 year old system on an HOT summer day, and honored the $29 service call special! We will likely buy a new system from this company very soon. They seem to be a very fair and trustworthy business thus far! We recommend them. Two thumbs up.

I’ve had the opportunity to use On the Spot for a few years now including one emergency and two scheduled annual checkups. Great communication, easy to work with, professional, friendly, and most importantly an honest service technician that shows up on time. They educate you on your system and advise what may be needed down the road and changes in the AC industry….there are several important ones happening this year. Don’t hesitate to use this company- ask for Aaron as he is a great tech and very informative. A+ team at this company!

Jeffrey came to service my equipment. He was on time, knowledgeable, and made suggestions based on what we needed. It was refreshing.

It takes a lot for me to give a negative review. After two years, it is time.
1st issues - after spending thousands on a new system, these things happened.
A. had to call them back out to cover an entire edge of a duct that was on the far side of the system (guess they thought I would not go up and check), while also waiting 3 weeks for them to come a fix a foot long scratch they made on the ceiling in my living room.
B. Both in early summer '22 and '23 had to take my wife and baby to a hotel for multiple nights due to the compressor (on a brand new unit?) going bad. Yes, this happened TWICE.

Fast-forward to now. After two years of my bills being HIGHER the last two years than the previous 4, after installing an all-new HVAC, I finally decided to investigate further. I just assumed with the two hot summers and rising costs, it was just unfortunate. However, after going in attic and looking everything over (yes, I should have done all this before, I admit. I guess you just figure HVAC people know what they are doing) I discover MULTIPLE (8-10 spots) leakages of cool air coming both from poorly sealed ducts and from poorly sealed aluminum at the actual box itself.
If you really look at it, it is simply thin gauge aluminum, formed together into a box, screwed together, and sealed with Matic sealant and maybe some tape. I could instruct an 8 year old to put it together and seal it. However, either due to the laziness of the crew, or more specifically, the laziness or lack of oversight by the management, it was simply SHODDY WORK, AT BEST.
So, I go and purchase sealant and a brush and decide to crawl around on the wood, insulation and dirt, sweating my a$$ off, and doing the SIMPLE job that these guys at "On the Spot air" would not do, all trying to save energy and my money from being released into the hot attic, instead of being contained in a proper HVAC circulation system.
All I heard from the guy who sold this to me was how he was so cocky about the "5 star reviews" they had. Get the eff outta here with that.
I took 15-20 pics, and have attached just a few of those.
I still have to go back up there and try to make my way to other parts of the system that are hard to get to, just to see what other shortcuts they made.

Patrick was fantastic! He came by for an HVAC tune-up and refrigerant recharge, and everything was done quickly and professionally. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Right from the start I knew my family was in good hands. It had been a full day our unit was not working and leaked all downstairs. PJ was honest up front and I knew he actually cared. I will only use them in the future. Great company and better service. Our new unit was installed and running in less than three hours. Thanks guys.

Patrick and Max have been great throughout the whole process. Diagnosing, quoting and replacement of our unit was all flawless. Would 100% recommend.

Start to Finish 5 STAR SERVICE! I received 7 other bids on replacing my entire system as it was 17 years old. I got a flyer from ValPack and on a whim decided to get one more bid because I was having doubts over the previous group I thought I had thought I had elected. Cody received my request and immediately contacted me and came and visited me on Monday morning. He went over all my options, extremely low key and informative and before he left, I knew I had FINALLY found the company I was looking for to replace my system. Cody was always responsive and provided me every bit of information. It was installed today and his crew is EXCEPTIONAL. They are extremely detailed oriented and FAST. They were in by 7 am (as I was promised) and finished by 1 and I had a big job!

PLEASE do yourself a favor and call Cody. I have had a lot of experience with contractors and this is the best group I have EVER seen hands down! Don't waste your time calling others and falling for their sleezy sales tactics. Whether you need service or need a completely new system you can't go wrong calling On the Spot HVAC!

Aaron and the crew were professional, kind, and helpful! I was shocked when I heard it would only take about four hours to replace the HVAC, and they really truly accomplished all of that within their estimates timeline!

The techs did a great job. Explained what they would do, answered questions, were professional and polite. Would work with them again.
