Jeff Was knowledgeable , professional, timely , and investigative. I Had issue that's persisted that's easily fixed by a technician but the repeated failure was a concern. Jeff fixed the issue and exhausted all resources to get to the bottom of the issue.

On the super hot Saturday night, our AC stopped blowing cool air. We called the On The Spot Team, and they came out within 24 hours during the weekend and took care of the issue. The cost was very reasonable and was up front. Mr. Garcia came out and quickly diagnosed a problem and fixed it right away. Highly recommended!

New homeowners trying our best to remodel our house to scour the “millennial grey” from the previous flippers and straight out of my worst nightmares, started smelling gas in the HVAC closet - turns out the gas furnace had a leak. After calling 4 other companies - one that quoted me $500 just to test for a leak, one that said they couldn’t help, and two that didn’t even answer I finally found On the Spot. I called in about 2:45pm and we had a tech out by 4:00pm that same day! I spoke with Mike on the phone who did the initial booking and dispatched our tech Aaron. I was so impressed with the response time in general, great prices, and kind, professional technicians. Aaron was so respectful and took the time to really explain the problem(s) - both recommended and mandatory - and the pros and cons of each option. He never pressured me into any excessive or any unnecessary repairs but was informative and understanding about the situation. I highly recommend this company and Aaron as a tech, you’ll be in good hands.

On The Spot HVAC came out promptly and took a look at our system. Unfortunately the system was empty of refrigerant, we will have to replace it. Patrick was great at educating us on what to expect and which systems are best. We will probably use them, but we always get second opinions before moving forward.

Great install, friendly staff, Max is a project manager and made the whole process easy. Pricing was super fair from other quotes I received and they did great quality of work.

OnTheSpot actually took the time to properly measure the AC load on my system to ensure the unit was correctly sized. Many other companies skipped this crucial step, and attempted to sell costly and unnecessary solutions, but OnTheSpot was thorough and professional and provided us a REAL solution. Highly recommend!

Stop who you are with, and move over to these guys...NOW! My 77 year old mother was getting scammed by another company. In an emergency scenario the GM (Jeff) was on the phone with me dispatching an amazing tech (Patrick...he has all kinds of credentials...so if "tech" is incorrect, I apologize). They gave us a free second opinion, and really did make me feel secure. After I parted ways with Patrick, I was called within minutes by Jeff(GM) to further explain my options with the OTHER company. THEY WEREN'T TRYING TO GET OUR BUSINESS...THEY WERE TRYING TO GET MY MOM WARM! Every man and woman reading this will know......you NEVER mess with someone's mom!

I don't know that they give free second opinions, but in our situation...they did. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for this company. Please give them an opportunity.

Well, the 5 star reviews are for real! My 23 year old system died on a Fri evening. I searched for quotes online and happened to see an ad for On The Spot HVAC on Instagram. Received 4 quotes and dug a little deeper. The reviews for On The Spot were so good it was hard to believe but decided to ask for a quote. Cody came by Monday and looked over my old HVAC system and gave us a few recommendations on how to improve system performance when a new one is installed, but no pressure to make a decision. Their price was very competitive and the Trane system offered was what we wanted so we accepted their offer.

We were without AC for 6 days and even though On The Spot was busy they rearranged their schedule and installed our new Trane system a day early, and they did it all in 3 hours including adding 5 new air ducts. Matt and his team did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. It is hard to imagine doing the total job so quickly but they worked efficiently and made it happen. We could not be more pleased. The new system is exactly what was promised and works great and Matt wrapped things up by helping connect the new WiFi thermostat to our phones. We are are very pleased with the equipment and service and highly recommend On The Spot HVAC. Photos of our old and new system are below.

Jeffery was excellent. For starters he listened to my explanation of the problem we have had since the current units were installed and proceeded to adjust the thermostats (all three of them) to reflect more accurate temperatures. Previous technicians have told me the thermostats were within 1 degree +/- of actual temperature. In reality they were off by 5 to 6 degrees. Jeffery actually took the time to measure and correct the thermostats. I have no reason to think he did anything less as he performed the regular maintenance work on the three systems.

I was experiencing cold air coming from vents. My bedroom was especially cold and I needed to use a space heater at night. My unit was just recently installed, but something just wasn’t right. I called On the Spot. Aaron Garcia came out that same afternoon. Polite, respectful and oh so knowledgeable! He thoroughly checked out all of my vents, my filter and the ducts. But Aaron really zeroed in on the thermostat. His patience and persistence revealed that it had not been configured correctly when first installed. He expertly adjusted it and my home was immediately warm, including the bedroom! This man knows what he’s doing and I highly recommend Aaron and On the Spot HVAC!
