Jason and his team has been amazing and top notch! Communication and quality are some of the best I have seen from any service company I have ever worked with!
Lynne did an excellent job with communicating estimate and any estimate changes, scheduling, and billing was flawless! I love this company and highly recommend them for all your ductwork needs. On top of all that, they gave a very generous discount because my friend, who’s house they were working on, is elderly and in bad health! Their empathy and generosity are also above board and outstanding! Excellent company with excellent leadership and employees!

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience working with Mr. Duct Cleaner. They were kind and understanding to my dog and made it so that she didn’t have to be out of her “safe room” for long. They kept me informed all along the way with their progress and cleaned up whatever debris was created by their work. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Paul and his assistant expertly removed hardened lint from my dryer vent. It was a fire hazard, and they meticulously worked around my custom tile to remove all the material clogging it. Both were pleasant & professional!

Edit to reply to "owner" Your drivers need to enter the address BEFORE they start driving and leave the phone mounted while driving. And we all know they aren't scrolling through navigation. They're playing on social media, texting, and other unrelated things.

Great experience with them across the board. It was very easy to set the appt which ended up being over text because I missed their initial call. Once the crew was at our house, Wyatt asked a few questions to get the lay of the land before letting me know exactly what their plan was and what to expect. After that, the entire crew was working hard the entire time they were at our house and you could tell they took pride in their work, not missing a single detail. I would recommend them to anyone and they will be my first call the next time I need this service. Thank you!

Great service! Les has a great team! Jon McEntire was one of my tech's. Both men were very professional. I received a text with a picture of Jon, which made me feel more comfortable. They arrived on time and looked professional. They put covers over their shoes and made sure there wasn't a mess as well. They explained the HVAC air purifier that they installed. I highly recommend Mr. Duct Cleaner, Les Clow and his team! I feel very comfortable bringing my sick son home now.

Paul was outstanding. Super hard worker, communication was excellent, and very respectful of our home. Price was very reasonable and work was done with the upmost professionalism.

The technician they contracted to come out and sanitize our air ducts oversprayed and damaged my ceiling. I called 3 times to request assistance and they just put me off, telling me the technician would call me to set up an evaluation that never happened. No voicemail,, text or email.

Beware they are just a scheduling service and do not have their own technicians

Paul and Elyjah did an outstanding job in cleaning our vents, return ducts and furnace plenum. They were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. We felt safe in having them in our home and appreciate their thorough and excellent service. We will call this company again.

Fantastic job from Mr Duct Cleaner all the way around. All of the people I spoke with on the phone were quite friendly, in addition to being very knowledgable.
Everyone communicated well including having to reschedule my service at my request because the job they were doing before my afternoon appointment went longer than anticipated. I thought my duct cleaning might take a good while too since it had not been cleaned in a long time. The technicians arrived in uniform a few minutes early and had communicated well prior to the appointment as well.
The guys worked diligently, but not rushed without a break, I assume so they wouldn't make mistakes. The work took 2 hours longer than the projected time frame because my vents were very dirty but the guys checked in with me periodically to show me what was going on and the difference between the dirty and the clean also explaining how our air quality must have been affected.
When finished they cleaned up very well and showed us the final results. We are very pleased with the results we have been suffering with allergies for a long time and I can only speak for myself at this point but mine were noticeably better the day of the service.
Do yourself a favor if you haunt cleaned your HVAC ducts in several years and get them cleaned by Mr. Duct. The may not be the cheapest out there but they aren't a fly by night company and they do things the right way for a reasonable price.

Highly recommend Mr. Duct Cleaner! We received amazing service from Les, and were treated with care by Paul and Elijah. They did everything they said they would, were on time, respected our wishes, did the job WELL, vacuumed and cleaned afterwards and left us assured our home was breathing clean!!! We are so happy.

Jon and his team stopped by and were extremely professional. They help go through the air duct and cleaned up all of this back up lint. I was very impressed with how quick everything was solved as well. Professional and well priced. Kudos to Les the owner for quick scheduling.

Great service and customer service. Extremely satisfied with the results. The entire process was very smooth. I highly recommend if you haven't had your ducts cleaned. I was provided before and after pictures and was amazed by the difference. I could only imagine how much dust and mold was in my ducts until I saw for myself.

After having my HVAC service company recommend their duct cleaning service at a price too high, I looked into local Duct Cleaning services. I called Mr. Duct Cleaner and received a call back within the hour. Their price was much better than my previous estimate. Great Service! We had a lot of dirt from having our roof replaced and some mold growing near our vents! Mr. Duct Cleaner was able to get us scheduled quickly and did a great job at cleaning our system all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!
