Fantastic service. I've always been skeptical of duct cleaning because I get so many span call but these guys are legit and local. They did a really nice job and VERY thurough. I got before/after pictures of every duct they cleaned because I couldn't be at my business the entire time. Also, there pricing is great. I got a second quote and it was twice as much. Great work!

The owner was very kind and professional when scheduling, and the workers arrived on time and completed the duct cleaning as promised. However, immediately after the job, our AC blower motor stopped working. Since we recently purchased this property and had all units thoroughly inspected with no prior concerns, we can’t help but question whether this was a coincidence or possibly related to the cleaning.

When we contacted the company owner, the workers came back to check but insisted this wasn’t connected to their work. It took multiple texts and calls from both me and my husband before the owner responded several hours later with no explanation of the possible cause. His text was only the name of a local HVAC company. While I was initially impressed, I was ultimately disappointed in the lack of timely communication and accountability.

Edit- our HVAC guy just left. All that needed to be done after the duct cleaning was a recalibration of the unit. The HVAC guy stated this is something simple that should be a common practice after duct cleaning. He also stated when the guys returned- they should have been able to correct this easily. Sadly- we had to pay for the recalibration.

The crew was very polite and communicated well! I had a general duct cleaning done. The professionalism was outstanding!

We just finished a big renovation at our house and after the workers left I noticed dust coming from every single vent. Like actual clouds of dust every time the AC kicked on. It was gross and my kids were coughing all the time. I looked up air duct cleaning after renovation and found Pristine Duct Care in Allen. They showed up on time and explained everything before they started which I liked a lot. The drywall dust and junk they pulled out of those ducts was unreal. My house finally smells normal again and the kids stopped coughing. Super happy I found them when I did.

For about 2 months, my house had this weird musty smell coming right out of the vents. My husband thought it might be mold, but we weren't sure, so I just kept spraying air freshener. It would help for maybe an hour, but then that smell would just come right back through the air. I finally got fed up and looked for someone to help. I found Pristine Duct Care and the lady on the phone was super nice and not pushy at all. They actually got someone out the next day.

The technician was great and used a little camera to show me exactly what was going on inside the ducts. I was shocked to see all the buildup and mold growing in there. He did a full air duct cleaning. The job took a few hours, and they were really good about cleaning up after themselves before they left. When they turned the AC back on, the air finally smelled normal again. It’s such a huge relief to have that smell gone for good!

The technician even found some old, damp insulation trapped inside one of the ducts and cleared it out quickly. The second they finished the work, that bad smell disappeared completely!
