I was having trouble with my dryer, which was taking a long time to dry clothes. I called On Time Home Experts to inspect and clean the dryer duct. They checked everything carefully and gave me recommendations for keeping it clean in the future. Now the dryer works quickly.

Mark was knowledgeable, outgoing, funny. Installation of UV lighting and thorough cleaning of all ducts and HVAC system was spot-on. He was able to work around us and our pets with ease. This is our 2nd time working with him.

I was so impressed with the way the young man kept me informed and how knowledgeable he was about the situation and service that he would provide. He did a great job, was very kind and respectful.

Ok, the guy was friendly but the $69 dollar cleaning ballooned into $400. He never cleaned from the inside of the house because I had already done it. All he did was clean the vent on top of the roof and didn't even have the courtesy to throw the lint blockage away and instead just threw it in the backyard where my dogs could have gotten ahold of it. The company wants to talk about integrity? For doing only less than 15 minutes of work and didn't even clean the inside and you want to charge $400? You give a partial refund and I will amend this review, but as it stands, NO, YOU ARE WAY BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

We called to have our chimney cleaned and they were out within a few days. Mark was friendly, professional, and efficient. He came in and got to work all the while explaining what was going on and offering preventative maintenance advice. He also checked our dryer vents. We will definitely call back for future service needs. Thank y'all.

They did clean the air duct and let the dust go all over the house never cleaning their mess up. The antibacterial fog was nothing worth the 150.00 they charge. The tech must have been sick as he kept sneezing and wiping his nose with his hand then touching everything. He even left part of this brush that came off
