Devin and his son did a excellent job on my carpet in southeast Houston. Made the carpet look new again and definitely made a difference in selling my home quickly. Devin was professional from original estimate call and to calling before arriving. Will definitely use again

Very familiar with this company and their excellent work. I first used them on my rental property and was thoroughly amazed at the restoration they did on the carpet. I had them come and do my entire house and was amazed at how the carpet popped backed to life. I was about to replace the carpet and had no need to do that now. Very professional and the prices are very reasonable. No where shady like other carpet cleaning companies. No up-sale attempts. Just straight up this is what i can do and here the price. Very customer orientated and friendly. The way it’s supposed to be in business

I called very last minute with a pet emergency on a Saturday. I explained my situation, and Devon didn’t hesitate to come out and help. He and his wife came on a rainy, cold day and did a PHENOMENAL job. The cost was very reasonable and very worth the quality job that was done. Our house is a new build, and the carpets look better than they did when we moved in. No more pet stains or odors! They were quick and the kindest people. I am so glad I called. We will definitely use Acme again.

We had Acme Carpet come out and clean our living room furniture last week and they really did a fantastic job. With our large family, our furniture is very used to say the least. I really didn't expect it to look so good, but it really
could pass for new. In addition to a terrific job, Devin and his son were very professional and took great care to all details- big and small.
I would definitely recommend Acme Carpet- the prices are very reasonable and service is paramount.

This company is amazing!! I called yesterday to see if they could come out today to clean my carpets and the tile floors in the kitchen and foyer. Everything came out better than I thought it would. Devin and Joe were very professional and courteous, they explained everything step by step on what they were going to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets or tile floors cleaned. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Great Father and Son team!!! I would definitely use them again..

Devin and Joe did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet!! Everything was great from start to finish. These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived on time, got set up and started working immediately! And the price I was quoted, was the price I paid!

I was in extreme need of same day service to have my carpet cleaned prior to having out of town guests that were coming in for the evening and with only one call to Acme Carpet Cleaning, Devin let me know that he would be on the way to service me after his last job of the day. Although his work for the day was about to be over, he took my situation into consideration and made himself available. Devin is your guy! I called him to tell him what I had and he scheduled a day to come out and take care of it. He called that morning to tell me he was on his way. He showed up on time, did a great job and charged me a fair price! I used him once before, several years ago with the same experience. A real stand up guy running an honest business.

The only complaint I have regarding ACME Carpet Cleaning is I didn’t call him sooner! Devin was amazing from start to finish. He gave special attention to our trouble areas and now it looks like our builder grade carpet is brand new. I also appreciate how he treated our home while he was conducting our service. We are now officially his customers and look forward to him coming back in a few months to clean our tile. Thank you Devin!

I scheduled for ACME to come out the afternoon I got the keys to my newly built home. I ended up finding a harsh chemical on my tile floor that the builder’s crew had left on my tile after my final walkthrough. Instead of having Devin work on a few small areas of my carpet as originally planned, I ended up having him remove the chemical from the tile downstairs, which was a huge space of about 1,400 square feet. He worked so hard and for much longer than we’d originally discussed because the job became much larger than anticipated. His work ethic is phenomenal and he was able to get the chemical off my floors so my movers could bring our belongings the next morning. I am so thankful that he was able to take care of that for us. I wouldn’t have been able to move in the next day had he not gotten the chemical cleaned up.

I have also had him out again to clean all our carpets and they’re fresh, clean, and ready for my kids to be on. I am very happy with how clean he got our floors and how fair the pricing was. I will definitely be using ACME again for my floor cleaning.

Devin was absolutely amazing! I live in a rather old apartment building and was dealing with odor, dirtiness, and pet stains from raising a puppy. I gave him a call and he got me scheduled for a date and time that worked best on my end. He called me the day of 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm and let me know he was on the way. He did a walk through of the apartment, broke down the process, and got straight to work. He was done in an hour and I was absolutely wowed by the look and smell of the carpet. We had Acme come to clean tile grout in our new (to us) home that needed a lot of love. The previous owners failed to properly maintain the home and the grout was BLACK with filth in the high traffic areas.

Devin was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. Quick response time from initial contact to date of service. I work from home and he was very respectful of my need to work while he was cleaning.

The tile and grout look great! I can't say enough about how impressive the service was from start to finish. Would give more stars if possible. Will definitely call for service in the future. Definitely recommend!
