Finally! We now have a great irrigation service company to use. Heros is s great name for their company and our technician, Ram, was just a delight to work with. He answered all our questions and made some recommendations that will save us money. I thought the prices were well in line for the services provided and I will refer them to everybody I know! It seems rare these days to cone across a company that is interested in developing a customer base and not just a payday. What a refreshing approach compared to their competition. Heros Lawncare has been doing our lawn for several weeks, fertilized & installed pavers at the back gate. I have been impressed! I was looking for someone I could count on to take care of all our needs: mowing, weeding, fertilizing, landscaping, maintenance & a sprinkler system. After the initial consultation the owner brought the men who would be in charge of the teams to present their detailed estimate. They were professional, knowledgable & experienced. My only disappoint is that I can’t do everything at once!

I can not express my gratitude for the work performed.. This was an odd request to say the least. I needed some of my barn stalls dug out, leveled, sand brought in and compacted. The work was impeccable.. It looked like the day we built the barn again after 1 full day of work by the guys. They were gracious and polite and respectful of my property. They cleaned up the entire jobsite and left it looking like NEW!!! They went above and beyond the scope of work to say the least.. RECOMMENDED 100% I will be using them for ALL my future needs!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Heroes Lawn Care and their service! My sprinkler system stopped working so I initially called Rainbird for help. Their diagnosis was that the electrical supply had somehow been compromised. I tried to find the problem and repair it myself, but finally decided it was time to call a professional. Heros had great ratings, so I called and was able to set up an appointment for that afternoon (win #1). The cost for a diagnostic call was only $69 and that fee would go towards the cost of repairs if I hired them (win #2). Ram showed up on time and was so pleasant, polite and professional (wins #3 & #4). He worked diligently and persistenly, welcomed my request to shadow him and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the problem (wins #5, #6 & #7). I was so pleased with Ram's knowledge and service and could tell very quickly that Heros was trustworthy, so I didn't even bother to get two more bids (win #8). The team that completed the repairs was Ram, Jimmy and Kevin. They did not rush through their work, but instead checked and double checked the system before leaving (win #9). I have been so impressed by the whole experience that I asked for a quote to lay some new sod (win #10). The office side of the business has been equally as great! Every time I communicate with the company I get the same person, Karla, and she too is pleasant, polite and professional (wins #11 & #12). She sent the quote for the sprinkler work within 24 hours, called with a reminder the day before the work started and then emailed a reminder the day before and day of the work (wins #13 & #14). This is clearly a WINNING company that provides excellent customer service, employs knowledgeable and professional people and finally the bonus - more than reasonable pricing and great value received! I will recommend them to everyone and wish them great success as their business grows!!

Fixed the unfixable in 20 mins. Ramiro said “no problem”, when others we had asked to look at the problem wouldn’t take the time to fix it. Thanks Ramiro! Highly recommend his work and his willingness to help on resolving small issues.

Was worried I had a water leak in the sprinkler system. Come to find out, sprinkler systems just use allot of water in general. Ram was very informative, and he replaced many heads just because he was here for the diagnostic anyway. Very helpful. Excited to see what the maintenance package looks like.

The gentleman name Ram arrived on time and was very mannerable. Inspected my sprinkler system and explained what needed to be repaired. Offered me a veteran discount because of my military service. He showed me all the repairs and even programmed my system and explained how it works. Amazing service and I will recommend this company to everyone.

Mary Helen and her entire team did an excellent job installing my sprinkler system featuring Irrigreen smart sprinklers. From the quote to the installation, everything exceeded my expectation. They even improved my fiber internet installation by carefully digging up the fiber to dig the sprinkler trenches, and then performing a better burying of the fiber at a deeper depth.
