Roderick Gamble is our technician, and he provides customer service at a level that is uncommon these days. I sincerely appreciate his hard work and care and expect to see him in a leadership role in the future.

Be careful with this company they will agree to one price for mowing and then when you get the bill, it will have added charges to it.

The young men that did the mowing were awesome and polite.

Rodrick performed aeration on our lawn. Was very professional and answered all my questions. When I originally called in and got a quote and went to schedule, I had been miss quoted, but the company honored the price I was originally quoted. That says a lot about the company and being honorable. I will definitely use them again

Jesus was very friendly and courteous. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone walking me through the sod removal and installation process. We discussed treatment of pests, weed control, and sod installation/removal. Pricing was spot on and would not hesitate to reach back out for any irrigation, lawncare, or landscaping needs in the future. A+++++

After noticing two sprinkler heads leaking, I called Heroes Irrigation. The technician, Ram, showed up, walked the yard and instantly told me what was wrong. Turns out all heads in one zone were leaking because of a broken valve. He fixed the issue and displayed great customer service skills. Great person! Thanks Ram!

After a very long, hot, dry summer plus the deep freeze we experienced in December 2023.
Our lawn had suffered greatly. It looked hopeless!
Heroes Lawn Care came to the rescue. Jesse, the General Manager of the company stopped in front of our house and got into a conversation with my husband who happened to be outside digging up some weeds which were the only green plants on the property. Jesse explained what Heroes Lawn Care could do to save our lawn...in detail at a reasonable price. Jesse is a very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy individual.
After 2 applications and 1 Aeration our grass is growing again, looking better each day.

Roderick Gamble gets 5/5 stars from me. There have been some mishaps during the resodding of our lawn by previous Heroes mgmt, but Roderick has been working diligently to rectify those errors and has been very professional. Nathan has also been a solid addition to the team as of late. I’m hoping to the revision to our lawn resod project gives us a great final product in 2025. Overall I’m giving Heroes 4/5 stars.
