Didn’t show up . Received message that technician was on the way but they never showed

Excellent experience! He arrived prepared and with the needed part. Literally in and out of house in an hour. Very personable.

Tech was very patient with the issue with fridge. Needless to say, fridge has to be replaced due to no parts available.

Technician called and said he was on the way. An hour and half later I called him. Turns out he decided not to come. Later that night I got a receipt for my estimate/appointment. The estimate/appointment that I never had

They will be late and won’t update you. You will be left to wonder if they are even coming. Don’t plan anything that day because lord knows when they will show. What a waste of time and money.

Our second technician Abel was great- but the first technician was not accurate with diagnostics and we ended over paying for labor & we did not get out money back for that. Abel fixed our appliance & installed the part that was not needed but still replaced as it was already ordered. Thankful for technicians that go throughly with appliance inspection.
