Reviews of local pros in Alvin, Texas

Steven is very professional and friendly. He quickly found the problem and took care of it right away. Steven has been to our house for maintenance, repairs, etc for the past 3 or 4 years and has always provided us with great service. I highly recommend Stoffer's and Steven is a great guy to have as our tech!

Service person was timely, courteous and explained fully what he did. He even told me to have a plumber out to check the drip pan under the water heater. Great service just I’ve come to expect in the 20 plus years we’ve used them.

stoffers A/C personnel arrived on time and three people performed the work of completely redoing the entire attice duct work.......they were pleasant, well mannered and efficient...they took a complete day and did a great job of doing also the vents and without any problems during the day...i would recommend them anytime....

I had a service call done today for my late mother’s home, which we’re preparing to sell. Dakota was the technician, and he was absolutely outstanding to work with—even over the phone since I couldn’t be there in person. He handled everything with professionalism and skill, walking me through each step in real time and providing clear, detailed updates. Dakota is a tremendous asset to your team, and I truly hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his excellent service.

Stoffer’s A/C and Heating provides excellent, professional and timely service. I have been using them for about 8 years. Steven and Ryan are kind, professional and customer service oriented. I love that they offer a spring and fall tune up service special.

Did a great job doing the annual maintenance on my 2 units. Steven was on time and did a good explaining his service and what he observed during his inspection.

We had a great experience working with Steven and Ryan on a handful of unexpected issues with our AC unit. They got us taken care of quickly so we had cool air again! Steven was very helpful in explaining the issues and solutions, very friendly and professional. Thank you, again!!
