Steven discovered a fried wire in my AC unit during annual maintenance, and replaced both it and a capacitor. He then checked to see if it could be covered under warranty, and amazingly, it was! Steven prevented my AC from failing in the middle of summer, and saved me a bunch of money! Thank you Steven and Stoffers!

my upper unit was not working and me being Mr. DIY tried looking into fixing it myself. After hitting several roadblocks, I called a few friends/neighbors that had AC installed/repaired, coincidentally both mentioned Stoffers and praised their work and ethics. About a year ago Stoffer’s put in a new a/c and heater system for us. What a wonderful experience we’ve had from the time we decided to do business with them. Their team members are 100% customer service. They take good care of their customers and know a/c completely. Steven was just out at our house for a Spring/Summer check up. What a polite guy!

We had a new home built and was not able to get a solution to a heat load balance issue after several attempts with the builder/contactor. Stoffer's has done work for us several times over the years and always been dependable and trustworthy. I asked them to review the floorplan and ductwork to see what they would recommend. A no cost or obligation visit was made and a solution was provided with adding a return and changing out a duct run. They were very reasonably priced even though they were not the contractor that originally installed it. The office staff and technicians were great to work with. I would highly recommend Stoffer's AC for your AC work.

Steve took his time and made sure everything was running good for the annual checkup. He suggested a couple things I need to keep an eye on to assure the unit runs good. Always very friendly and explains everything very well. Stoffer’s is an excellent company, used them several times. They’re always on time, have very knowledgeable techs and very fair pricing. Lightning struck my air conditioning unit in the middle of the night and destroyed it. I would have had to wait for several weeks for my insurance company to pay to have it replaced, however, I contacted Stoffer's and they came out the same day and checked it out for me, and let me know what was going on with it. They knew that it was hot and I had pets and kids, but said it may take a couple of days to get everything and get a new unit installed. However, they worked very hard, and worked it out where for me and installed a brand new unit the next day! I was so grateful! They did a fantastic job! The customer service was wonderful, and technicians that came out were very professional and friendly. I had to leave to go take my son to work while they were installing the new unit, and they came inside and turned the unit on when it is as installed, and even closed all of my windows before they left my house! That was so considerate ! 😊 I happened to see one of the installers in Walmart this morning, and he literally recognized me and told me hi and asked me how things were going. That is true professionalism and shows that they truly care about their customers. Thank you very much. Stouffer's for doing such a wonderful job for me! I truly appreciate it. 😊

I can't say enough good things about this AC company and especially Steven! They were able to come out the same day I called, and they arrived right within the promised time slot, which is rare and much appreciated.

Steven was absolutely excellent. He took the time to thoroughly investigate every possible issue causing my AC problem, not just stopping at the obvious. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to me... from what was wrong to the options available to fix it permanently. He made sure I understood the issue and gave thoughtful, proactive suggestions to prevent future problems.

This wasn’t my first time using their service, I’ve called them several times now, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every single time. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Steven and Ulysses showed up first thing in the morning, were very kind, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. I'm beyond impressed and won't bother calling anyone else in the future.

Steven came out when he said, called 15 minutes before to say he was on his way. He is knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He offered some good tips on keeping AC unit running good. I will definitely call Stoffer's the next I need help with AC.

Ryan showed up to repair my A/C unit at 5pm and finished in about 1 hour, I called around 1pm today and they had Ryan come this afternoon. He was friendly and troubleshot the problem and repaired. Ryan was very knowledgeable and efficient, he didn’t try to over sale me in which I am very grateful. I will now call Stoffers A/C & Heating when I’m in need. They have won over my business.
