Norman and his crew did an excellent job installing my mini split in my shop, Job was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after job was complete. Definitely recommend .

After multiple unsuccessful service visits from another company on a recently installed new unit, Davis Mechanical Contractors resolved my HVAC short-cycling issue in one visit. The technician identified a thermostat calibration and setup issue, corrected it properly, and the system now works exactly as it should. Professional, knowledgeable, and well worth the service fee. Today 9/3/25 , I had a new outside unit replaced, a few other things in the attic replaced. The crew showed up at the exact time they gave me. Once they arrived it was all business, which I liked. Very professional and respectful,. They worked hard even though it was hot as heck. Prior to the install Norman came out and assessed my system and quoted me the best price I found, and I had serval company’s come out for quotes. Hands down the best experience I had with a company. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I can. I would say the crews names but I’m tremble with remembering names.

We had Matthew with Hausco change out our 2 Ton Goodman Compressor. From start to finish he was professional and responsive throughout the process. While he was here he also checked our drain lines. One of them was clogged and the drain pan was on the verge of overfilling and setting the float switch off. Matthew cleared the line. He also washed both of our condensers with a cleaning solution while he was here and passed some great simple equipment maintenance info. Matthew also replaced the entire HVAC system in my parents home and it has ran flawlessly for 10 years! We are Glad to use Hausco for any of our A/C needs.

We found Hausco through word of mouth from our nerw neighborhood and have been very thankful since. When I first called, Matt was able to call me back quickly and work us in same day. He took the time to explain and show what was going on and had a resonable quote. Thankfully, the blower was back up and running. A couple weeks later, I noticed the blower was working but there was no AC. I called Hausco back and he was able to come, diagnosis, and fix another issue (not the blower). Thankfully, we have had AC and everything has been working well for a couple weeks. I appreciate Matt's honesty and quaility of work! His goal is to treat your home like his and strive for excellence.
