I am very impressed with Grady’s A/C and Heating Company. My A/C unit was not working when I returned home from a trip and called Grady’s on Monday morning. Monday afternoon their technician, Roger, was at my house to troubleshoot the problem. A variable speed blower motor needed to be replaced and was installed this afternoon. I cannot compliment Roger’s work ethic enough. Thank you to him and to Grady’s.

We LOVE Grady's Air Conditioning and Heating Services!!! From Our first contact with Lindsay our service was scheduled immediately. She let us know We were a top priority. She assured Us that they would solve our AC problem!!!
The next day FRENANDO came and solved all our AC Problems!!! Frenando was professional and highly skilled!!! He is definitely an expert in AC & Heating repair. Fernando eased all our concerns.

Called Grady’s ac and they sent out Beto and as usual he did an outstanding job like he did when they installed my American standard complete system 3 years ago , also they did my Dad’s house as well . Best Ac company in Houston . Thx Beto and Grad’y’s Ac for an excellent job !

Always great friendly customer service. Very professional and definitely know their field of expertise. When other companies couldn’t diagnose my ac Grady’s was the only one that could repair my ac when no one else could.

This company was assigned to me by our home warranty company. They had the part needed on the truck and fixed it on site. The reason for not getting 5 stars is the way they do appointments. I called for service Friday. They said they would call Monday between 9:30 & 10:30 and tell me when the appointment is, making it impossible to plan the day around their arrival. They called this morning and told me the appointment is between 3pm & 7pm. I didn’t know after 5 was an option. Good thing I didn’t plan anything for the evening!

Great once they get here, but asking for the customer to commit their whole day into the evening really communicates how much they respect the customer’s time.

A technician was able to come out within 24 hours and quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC. The technician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Grady's Air Conditioning & Heating Services.

Grady’s went above and beyond to get my air conditioner up and running! They were contacted through my home warranty and I was very impressed with their service. Christian had to come out several times because I have an old unit, and quite a few parts had to be replaced. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and kept me informed about the repairs that needed to be done. I will definitely use them again!

Grady’s service is awesome. Roger came out to diagnose the AC and was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all my questions. This guy did a great job and I will be using Grady’s in the future because of the level of service.

I had a great experience from start to finish working with Christian on installation of a new HVAC system. He provided a detailed, reasonable quote and took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. He followed up after the install and everything is working well. Ask for Christian to help you when you need your new HVAC system.

Grady’s is amazing! They came out on Monday after a deep freeze and fixed my heater the same day. He went and got the parts came back and it fixed all within an hour. Absolutely recommend!!

Paid for AC maintenance check last summer that also included a winter furnace check up. Grady’s AC called me to remind me that they still hadn’t done the furnace check up and so I scheduled a time for them to come over.

There were 2 guys, both were courteous and very knowledgeable They finished the job very quickly too.

Will definitely use them next time.

She was able to get a service man out to my house the next day. Emilio was very professional as well as very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. I found Gradys through my home warranty program but booked them outside my warranty package. They offered a great extended service maintenance plan for fall/spring. I had them out for a safety inspection on a 1 year old unit. Though I didn't expect any issues, I now have a reliable relationship with a local company. Fernando* was very kind and professional. I am pleased with the service I was provided. I scheduled them at my convenience via their texting option and scheduling was very quick and easy. Thank you from a new customer.

Davis Mechanical was great! They sent someone out at 8pm and were able to diagnose and resolve an ongoing AC issue that three other companies couldn't. They effectively communicated what they found and what needed to happen and tested their work before leaving that night. Great customer service!
