Reviews of local pros in Alvin, Texas

Sean and Junior were great! Very professional, arrived in less than 10 minutes from the text that they were on the way! Very punctual! I explained the situation and they listened and told me what needed to be done most likely. My husband arrived, and spoke with Sean! We received the estimate and it was very reasonable! Thank you so much Jerry, for answering the phone, and taking the time to listen to my issues with our plumbing. He explained to me what I needed to be done vs what I was conveying! So grateful! Had Erika call me back right away to schedule an appointment for the next day, as I called later in the day! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Professional, highly skilled team with fast response. We have multiple experiences with Jerry Collier's team for our old peer and beam home (freezes, galvanized pipes, etc.). The plumbers and helpers are efficient and communicate well. They do the work they promise at the price (or better) they promise. Each person is someone that I am comfortable with in my home. That's a big deal. Our repairs were finished quickly and remained fixed without further damage to our home. They go the extra mile to clean up and confirm that I am pleased / understand the scope of work.

The plumber, Stephen Moreau, was prompt, professional, thorough and honest. The office contacted me when he would be arriving as did Stephen. The office staff was easy to work with and making the appointment was simple and quick. I highly recommend Jerry Collier Plumbing.

I had an emergent situation today, and Robert of Jerry Collier Plumbing came to fix it - same day! I trust this company to be honest with me and that is what matters the most. I have used them (Robert was the lead repair man on this job also) to do extensive work on my home, and everything they did passed city inspection without a hitch. I highly recommend them.

Renee came the day our main broke off of our water meter and fixed it quickly, professionally and the connection is better than the original! Thanks Jerry Collier Plumbing for being there when needed!

I was very impressed with Jerry Collier Plumbing! They were at my house within an hour of me calling them. Stephen Moreau and the man with him (sorry, can't remember his name) did an excellent job! Jerry Collier Plumbing is now my "GO TO" when I have plumbing problems. Thank you Jerry and guys so much!!

Jerry is very responsive and was able to get me promptly in the next day for a major complete house plumbing replacement piping job. His crew of workers were highly knowledgeable and able to explain the problem I was facing in great detail. Jerry matched a lower bid that I had just received and I was so pleased; I had previously had my sewer line replaced by Jerry a year earlier and was just elated at the quality of their work and the efficiency at which they went about performing the job. I will now only rely on Jerry Collier for all of my plumbing needs. Jerry is honest, trustworthy, professional and courtesy. You can count on Jerry to give you the best price for the quality of work they preform.

The morning I knew I had a plumbing mess on my hands I did a google search for a plumber in my area. The first one I called, Jerry Collier, had a plumber at my house within the hour. The plumbers that came out worked hard to find my problem. I was given a very fair quote for a big job that no one hopes to have to deal with. Despite having to do some extra work after the digging started, Jerry Collier ended up honoring his initial quote and did all the work in a timely fashion. I was pleasantly surprised in the condition the yard was in after the completion of the work. Highly recommend.

Good service as usual. However, once again, your crew did not test the sprinkler system to make sure it worked and had to come out again and fix it. It would be much to your advantage for your plumbers to check their work before leaving so they wouldn't have to make another trip out here to fix it.

They were prompt and courteous. The repair was made in a timely manner.

We had to totally redirect my drainage from my kitchen, they did an outstanding job. Would Definately call them again on future problems.

Jerry and his crew were amazing! Nick and Israel were professional, polite, and prompt.

1st time using this company and it was by far a great experience. No one wants to have plumbing issues, but Jerry Collier made it quick and easy. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We had a water leak that was coming from 20+ year old pipes that ran under our concrete driveway. Jerry Collier Plumbing had a crew at our house the same day I called. They dug a new trench and laid new lines that afternoon, all without doing any damage to our buried internet lines! They came back the next day and got the lines connected from our well to the house. In the end, the old pipes were disconnected and the new ones were installed! Great job!

Isreal and Nick were great and did an awesome, fast job! Courteous, personable, and professional! Thanks for taking care of us, Jerry!

Jerry Collier Plumbing did a plumbing inspection and estimate for me when I was closing on my new house. They were above and beyond in terms of timing efficiency, professionalism, and creating a connection with the client.

I had a public registry set up for my housewarming party and was surprised to receive this gift from them to congratulate me on my new home, which is so thoughtful and kind of them. We have so many interactions with contractor companies that seem almost robotic these days, it’s certainly a breath of fresh air to have a company like Jerry Collier Plumbing that’s personable and makes us customers feel valued.

I will definitely be calling them for any and all future projects and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I found Jerry Collier Plumbing through my roofer. Collier kept his initial appointment even though he had a breakdown with his truck. He made all repairs, completed all the work and passed inspection in accordance with his scheduled time frame.
He took no short-cuts, did it right the first time for a reasonable price with no surprises. Now I have him scheduled for another job in 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the quality, professionalism and commitment Jerry Collier Plumbing provides. Dale Lonsford

Chad and Jerry did a fantastic job with installing my new water heater. Here’s the bottom line, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up, I got hot water and no leaks. Got another job for them in San Antonio 😊

Highly recommend Chad! He will get the job done right the first time.

Very reliable and affordable. Have used for many years for my residential and commercial needs.

Needed a professional plumber to fix my sewer because it was getting backed up and Simon Says Plumbing got it back to working.
