I was in need of some piping repair that was forcing me to shut down my entire homes water. I called Kenn's Plumbing early on a Saturday morning and received immediate response with approximate arrival time.
Shortly after, Steve made it to my house and quickly accessed the problem. Was very Knowledgeable and quick to fix my issue.
To anyone needing any piping needs, I strongly recommend Kenn's plumbing!

Chance with Kenn's Plumbing did a great job. Fixed A/C drain and installed new toilet. He is very dependable.

Kenn's Plumbing replaced the very old water heater that had failed. The technician (Steve) was very courteous and knowledgeable. The new water heater was installed cleanly and professionally. The work area was cleaned up post installation. This was the first time we've used Kenn's plumbing; will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

After Thanksgiving, had a major drain clog downstream of kitchen sink. Carlos came out and not only did a great job of getting my kitchen sink/drain unclogged and working perfectly, but he took the time to ensure that all gaskets and seals were in place and in perfect condition, replacing any that weren’t, and did a thorough inspection to ensure that my under sink area was completely leak free. Should you ever have a plumbing issue of any sort, please call Kenn’s Plumbing and ask for Carlos. You will get the best service there is to be had and at a price that could never be beat. Ken’s Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He and Mike were professional, courteous, and answered every question I had. The installation was much faster than I expected and I was up and running within a few hours. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Steve from Kenn’s Plumbing is very reliable and I trust his skills. He has helped me before after the last arctic freeze we had. He came to repair broken pipe at 11:30pm then.

Kenn's plumbing and in particular Josh was outstanding. Josh installed a gas line to my standby generator and did exceptional work at a reasonable price. Kenn's responded to my request for service the same day I called and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Kenn's.

We’ve used Kenn’s Plumbing a few times now and they are great to work with. Very responsive, even on weekends and Steve is absolutely great. Always takes the time to ensure the problem is fixed. Even in an emergency when the AC drain got backed up during the weekend and was starting to drip into the walls and carpet. His commitment and courteous demeanor is very appreciated

Kenns is great. They always do a great job and are good at communicating. Chance did a great job changing out our shower and bath trim. Steve has done some good work for us and Kenn actually came out late one night to fix an issue after a job. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Very professional, experienced, and technically strong. They stood well above the other 3 plumbers who looked at my challenging problem. They charged a very reasonable amount. They were highly recommended by one of my neighbors who used them for years, and I now see why. Paul was the technician who did the service.

Chance did EXCELLENT work at my home repairing a valve/hose and testing the gas line efficiently and successfully within a good time frame. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable in his profession. Definitely going with Kenn’s Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!

We had problems with our shower heads in both bathrooms & restrictions turning on & off the water in these showers. We had low water pressure in our bathroom faucets. Our kitchen faucet was needing replaced & our hot water heater was 25 years old & needed replaced.

Josh from Kenn’s came in and gave us a fair estimate to do all the work we accepted and he returned a few days later and completed all the work.

Very friendly and professional & excellent plumber. Was able to fix 1 bathroom faucet so it didn’t have to be replaced. We now have proper pressure in all our faucets and HOT water ✔️

Josh and his intern cleaned up everything before they left & took all the trash with them. Also very nice! I have already marked my calendar to have Josh return next year to maintain the hot water heater. Any future plumbing issues I have I will definitely call Kenn’s (Josh)to handle.

Chance and Matthew were absolutely amazing. We discovered we had a large leak on a Saturday afternoon. They arrived at our house within 30 minutes of us calling Kenn’s Plumbing, Inc.! Chance and Matthew were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and quickly repaired our leak. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. Thank you thank you thank you! My 25 year old waters heaters were on their last legs and I knew they would need replacing sooner rather than later. I really wish I didn't wait until they started leaking to call out a plumber because it was impossible to wait to get firm quotes. I called Ken's and he was ready to come out and replace both of them the same day. I was greatly pleased that they showed up early and worked hard in my 140F attic and were completely professional and efficient.

Now the bad news, Ken gave me a "not to exceed" price that was greatly exceeded. I know my house probably wasn't up to code and adding the sediment traps and new ball valves were probably not in the original estimate, but I kind of feel like I was nickel and dimed on what seemed like a minor part of the job which ended up adding nearly 25%. When I tell people what I paid for two water heaters they look at me like I'm crazy. For my next plumbing job I will call around to get a better price.

Edit, I know the pandemic has made everything more expensive, including parts and labor so it's difficult to compare today's prices to historical averages. I was very happy with Kenn's Plumbing except I ended up paying way more than I expected.

I'll start to say I will call Kenn's Plumbing for all future plumbing issues. Carlos who did the work arrived right at the scheduled time, was professional, polite and patient enough to explain what was broken and how the replacement would prevent future leaking. We had a water leaking in the 2nd floor bathroom and needed to replace a shower tub valve including the trims. Kenn, the owner, is the one who picked up my call. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a quote by looking at the picture I sent. Initially we were scheduled for the day after but Kenn was able to shift schedule around and had Carlos coming out the very next day, super helpful. When Carlos completed the job, the final invoice was exactly as what Kenn quoted, no price increase at all. I had called a few plumbers before I called Kenn's, the quotes were all over the place, one doubles what Kenn's charged. The other one gave a low quote over the phone but raised the price up for another 75% when they got on site. I paid their trip charge and called Kenn's. We need more contractors like Kenn's plumbing who provides quality work with reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The service I received from Kenn’s Plumbing was excellent! I woke up to a broken main water line on the exterior of my home, the morning before Thanksgiving. It had been flooding my yard and street for several hours, through the night. I left a message on their voicemail, before sunrise, and they were at my house within an hour. My HomeServe water line policy (purchased through Centerpoint) wanted me to wait FOUR DAYS just to evaluate it and then schedule another date for repair! Since I used Kenn’s for several other issues in the past, I knew they’d do a fantastic job. They’ve always been very honest and upfront with diagnosing the problem, offering the solution, and staying with the fees quoted. I have never been surprised with their work! The plumber they sent was Kenn, Jr. He was polite, respectful, calm, and comprehensive in his description of the solutions to my broken water line. He offered me low, medium, and high repair options, and the fees associated with each option. It was wonderful to be able to know what each repair option entailed. I chose the more comprehensive repair option and he started working immediately. He worked all day, without a break, and in the end, cleaned everything up and left my yard looking better than it was previously. I could not be any happier with the quality of the job and the professionalism offered by Kenn, Jr. The other 3 times I’ve used them at my home, it’s always been the same high quality service & professional plumbers. We also use Kenn’s Plumbing at my office. They do fantastic quality work on commercial jobs also! I’d recommend them to anyone. (I immediately cancelled my Centerpoint HomeServe policy!)

This was my 2nd time using Kenn's Plumbing for a tankless water flush. The 1st time was in June 2023 and Steve did a fantastic job. He even got a wasp nest that was in the blower out.
