Grady's A/C could not be better!!! They came out quickly, were very professional and helpful! It was a home warranty referral and they had to clean up another company's poor installation. Luis made sure I understood what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. He was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend and I will use them again!

Luis and Spence arrived at the scheduled time for our winter checkup. They are always very courteous, efficient, professional and proficient with our HVAC systems for both maintenance and repairs.

Had the unfortunate opportunity to need them but it was a pleasant experience having their experienced tech Beto come out. He got the old ac functioning and gave me the unfortunate news it needs to be replaced. He did however at least get the old unit running and cooling like a champ. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.

The staff members I encountered, were friendly and professional. I am a stickler, when it comes to communication and punctuality. The woman who scheduled the appointment and the technicians who were dispatched to my home, exceeded my expectations.

Cannot recommend these guys enough!! We got a new unit and it’s needed some tweaks, but Christian has spent a lot of time figuring it out and getting everything in working order for us. Great guy, explains things well. We tell everyone to use Grady’s because they’re so committed to their customers.

Woke up to a warm upstairs area. Called our home warranty and they dispatched Gradys Air and Heat. As always, I get a bit nervous because I dont get to choose the provider and have had bad experiences in the past. The technician was dispatched the same day. He was professional and very informative. He was easy to speak to and we instantly felt confident in his abilities to diagnose our unit. He fixed it! And also gave us some pointers for the future. It was a great experience all around. Thank you Roger and Gradys!

My A/C was acting up. Grady's was highly recommended by a co-worker. I asked a lot of questions and he answered everything and showed me the issues explaining what caused it. They came the next day and replaced the bad part. Very happy with the service, I will be using them from now on.

I knocked down one star because there was a window of hours that they would call to let you know another window of hours when they would come by. Which is not that big of an issue if you have all day to wait.

He was efficient and went right to work. Also answered any questions I had.

The team that showed up was detailed in their inspection, explained everything to me to ensure I understood what was going on, and made sure I was fully aware of options and next steps. They were able to identify an issue that I had not been able to find, which ended up solving what could have been an extremely expensive problem.
