Used Davis Mechanical Contractors several times at my home and recommended them to other folks for repairs. They are great at finding out what is wrong and repairing it. Unlike some companies who come out for one purpose and that is to sell you a new AC or Heater. Extremely happy with Davis because they know what they are doing and don't give you a bunch of phony talk to get more money. They have replaced 4 AC Units for my daughter and several friends and everyone is extremely happy with their honesty, work and prices. Norman repaired my daughter's 10 year old heater 3 years ago and it has worked perfectly ever since. Norman determined in about 2 minutes that the heater's electronic board was bad and it cost $200 to fix it vs $3,000 to replace the heater. Two other companies had come out a few days prior, were unable to determine what was wrong and said it needed replaced. They didn't have a clue what they were doing. Highly recommend.

05/10/2025 Had Davis Mechanical out to repair my A/C that was dripping water on my rear porch. Apparently water drain from A/C was blocked. They made the repair and everything is working normal. Fast Service, great work and reasonable price. Wouldn't use anyone else in the Clear Lake Area of Houston, TX. Been using them for 10 years or more.

Chris did a great job explaining my options with my AC. He completed the needed repairs and did a thorough inspection of the total system (heater, AC, & outside unit). He was able to come the day I called so I was not out of AC in the heat.

Buddy went the extra mile did fast professional work. Norman the dispatcher was super nice aswell

I cannot give enough stars to DMC crew & owner. They have always fit me into their schedule, especially when its urgent and you are without AC in the middle of summer! Chris and Buddy did a great job replacing our evaporator coil. They were very responsive and professional. They were also willing to answer all the questions I had.

Norman Davis does such a great job! I was replacing an old system and after quoting several systems, I made a selection. I was told they would be at my house between 8-8:30 AM…they arrived at 8:15. Stayed until the job was complete at 6:30PM. I asked for a ‘custom modification’ on the day of the install and was accommodated. Norman and the tech service guys were a pleasure to have around, tested out everything and left my house clean. I have been using Davis Mechanical for 5 years…never disappointed.

Davis Mechanical technicians Buddy & Emiliano did a great job checking out my RV AC. They gave me the diagnosed however they did not push me into needing it repaired right away. AC unit was not cooling properly and multiple companies previously came out saying I had a leak each time, but this was not the issue. Davis Mechanical has excellent customer service, is thorough, honest, and professional.

I’ve used Davis Air twice now and the service again, is outstanding. They arrived early and on time. The Tect Chris was courteous and informative about everything he was doing.
