Horrible communication. Had to reschedule after waiting hours because technician never showed up. No way to contact Sears to get updates. 2nd try was just as bad. Will never use again with my Home Warranty.

Second appointment scheduled, first appointment was last week Thursday and the technician “couldn’t make it.” They (Sears) rescheduled the appointment for today (Monday 3-17-25) and the technician never shows again, this time I just get a message requesting I rate his service… meanwhile my washing machine is still broken! Pretty useless to have a warranty if you can’t get anything fixed in a timely manner.

Abel did a great job. He identified the problem and made the repairs. He answered all of my questions, definitely 5 star service!

Emilio has been here a few times and he is very responsive and respectful. He’s thorough and gets the job done!

Sears took over a week to set an appointmenr, the after confirming after a week, then cancelled the day of. We rescheduled for the next day, then Sears canceled that day and said they no longer serve my area. Horrible customer service. Will never us Dears again. My home is 93 degrees with no AC. Communication is key, and after several weeks, this is unacceptable!!! They rate 0 out of 5!!!

Our washer repairman, Kenneth, did an excellent job!!! He arrived within the given time frame and gave us a quick call to alert us that he was on his way.
He was quite knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with our washer. He had the needed parts on his truck and quickly repaired the washer. We opted to add the dryer service for only $50!

Kenneth was professional and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem I was having and gave me a quote to fix it. I can’t say enough good things about him.

*Update* Eduardo arrived to fix my refrigerator and did a great job. Fast and efficient. Knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely earned a higher rating for the company.
*The technician who fixed my oven was great. He only had to reschedule my repair twice before the replacement part actually arrived. Other service calls and other technicians proved different. They rescheduled my repairs so many times that I almost lost my job not to mention it reduced my paycheckS so much, I had to take a loan to secure my bills. You will regret giving your money to this service.

Eduardo wa professional, courteous and honest. It was frustrating that my refrigerator stopped working for 2 days and after I called for service, it started working. He did the best he could. Fingers crossed!

The technician went well above and beyond with exceptional diagnostics in repairing my AC on a hot 96° day. I could not have been more pleased with his attention to detail and willingness to do everything he could to rectify the situation. I hope he is recognized for his obvious talent and desire to ensure a job well done. Sears is well represented and I highly recommend his services.
