We recently moved into this house and started having plumbing problems. We called Honest Home, and they sent master plumbers Gabriel and Frank. They had to replace the pipe, which took a few days because of all the digging and installation, but Gabriel worked with us throughout the entire process. He was very pleasant and completed the job with great professionalism. Thank you Honest Home, Gabriel, and Frank. We are very satisfied with your work and service.

Frank came out to help me with various leaky faucets and toilet issues. He was very respectful, kind, and efficient. I will definitely call him again when I have plumbing issues.

Had a clogged bathroom sink. Gabriel came out and took care of very well. Great with communication and professionalism.

Addendum
-had another issue come up with an outdoor line leak and it was pretty urgent. Gabe and Frank came out immediately and addressed it and fixed it and explained what happened and why. Gabe and Frank are very knowledgeable and respectful and patient. I also signed up for their platinum maintenance program. Totally worth it.

Gabe did a fantastic job! Honest Home Services prioritized me with an emergency broken faucet outside. I couldn’t be happier. Very professional, courteous all around from the scheduler Jamie to Gabe.

Honest is a great company. I had Gabriel out for our Plumbing annual maintenance and Devorian for our HVAC maintenance. Both did a thorough job and made sure everything was checked. They were both friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and have used them to fix a few HVAC and Plumbing issues.

We needed a new water heater so we had Honest Home Service come out and install a new one for us. The technician, Gabriel showed up on time and was very polite and professional, he had the new water heater installed in one hour.

Honest homes put in a new AC and furnace a couple years ago. All of their service people have been great. Gabrielle was here today to do a maintenance check on my water heater. Excellent service.

Gabe was the technician I had for my plumbing issue that Honest Home services resolved and he figured out a problem I had other companies try to diagnose in the past without success and fixed it. He had a great attitude and went above and beyond for me coming back multiple times to ensure that everything was taken care of and for an honest price! I highly recommend honest Home services for their plumbing and air conditioning services! Even if you have a "guy" who takes care of those things for you at least have Honest throw their name into the hat and you might be surprised at the results. I know I was.

Gabe is awesome! Super friendly and very helpful. He took the time to explain the issue, fixed it, then showed me the toilet function of the new components he replaced. He even took the time to clean up and wear shoe covers. I would definitely recommend using Honest and Gabe.

Frank arrived at the right time and completed his work quickly. He was courteous and friendly. This was an overall plumbing system inspection, but he also flushed the water heater and fixed our bathroom faucets so that they now have adequate flow. We are very satisfied.

Gabriel showed up within a half days noticed to repair a water leak on the main line I had. He quickly located and repaired the problem. He was courteous, friendly, and hard working! Everyone I spoke to and worked with from the front staff to the field (Justin and Gabriel) at Honest were very friendly and transparent. Gabriel was fantastic! He treated my home like his own, taking his time to do the job really well.
He installed new valves for the hot water lines under our kitchen sink, and put in a new point-of-use hot water system (our old one broke). When he gave the original quote, he helped me understand all that he would be doing and didn’t pressure me to make a decision at all. When he did the job, he continued to be very kind and courteous.

Consistent excellent services from Honest Home. Our AC had stopped working, and I called Honest Homes over the weekend, and our technician, Devorian "Devo" came out to check on it on Monday (I opted for non-emergency scheduling). Devo was very helpful, respectful and kind and is an expert at what he does. He deftly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the same day, all within an hour and a half of his arrival, even though it turned out to be a manual job due to our home's older drainage system. Thought I would have to wait for it to be fixed, but I was pleasantly surprised that we had cool air and an up and running system by the end of the appointment. I'm grateful to Devo and the Honest Homes team and I'm very happy with my decision to choose them!
