We used Dunning Electrical to do some work in our house, and they did a fantastic job. The electricians worked quickly and were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Do not hire this company. So deceptive, they sold me a subscription to some third party service disguised as a service call. Arrived on site and changed two outlets and wanted $400.

Honest and professional staff. I already scheduled for an electric box upgrade. Their services were the best and their prices are fair as well. Do not hesitate and call this guys they're the real deal.

Booked an appointment, technician called 30 minutes prior to appointment time to reschedule. Then, technician never called or showed to the rescheduled appointment. He said 10am on Saturday, here it is 4:30pm and no call! I've called 4 times and each time advised technician is still working at commercial job. So inconsiderate of my time! I canceled the appointment. I have no interest doing business with a company so poorly operated.

I tried to schedule service with them but they never showed up or called. I called them after the 4 hour window they gave me had passed, and was told I needed to reschedule (twice). The 2nd time I called to see if they were even going to make it I was promised a return phone call and never received one, took 4 more phone calls from me for them to tell me that they have to reschedule again! I can't vouch for their service because they never showed up and I had to find someone else to do the work. Maybe it is their answering service (premium home services) that is the issue, if that is the case they need to get rid of them.

Waited over 4 hours for a no show. Called them 6 times and every time they said the electrician would be out in 30 minutes. Received a text message 4 hours after appointment from electrician that he was in a meeting and had to reschedule now. Do not use this company unless you want someone to waste your time and not show up.

Worst company ever. Paid their yearly subscription fee through Premium Home Service to waive service fees for the year. First two jobs I booked, the electrician never showed up. Waited all day for them to come. Didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me they couldn’t make it. Other job the handyman made me pay him cash up front (said the credit card machine was down that day) and said he would come back the next day to finish the job. Even gave me a receipt saying he wasn’t finished and would complete the job. He never showed up. Called Dunning and they said there was nothing they could do. Did not agree to fix the job I paid for in full nor did the agree to a partial refund. They said if I paid another $100, they would send him back out. They just contract out all their jobs. You can’t speak to a manager…they have to “forward” the message to them. They work remotely and are not even in the office to get ahold of anyone. Such a scam.

Called and had an appointment set; took off work to be home. Was told I would receive a call before the technician showed up but never received a call. Called the company after they no showed and they said the technician was tied up on another job and couldn't come to the appointment. They wouldn't offer to refund the upfront $99 to comp the inconvenience. Unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

I really appreciated Dan’s knowledge and willingness to help. He fixed a list of issues we had and provided us feedback for having future electrical work completed. He understood my budget needs and offered solutions that would fall within range. He was patient, answered my questions, and even gave me some cost cutting tips! Very pleasant and professional to work with. Would definitely appreciate his assistance in the future.

I had five ceiling fans removed and installed by the crew. They did an EXCELLENT job and are professional licensed electricians. They also found some bad wires and switches that could have been dangerous. They were courteous and sincere about doing the job like it was their own home. Jan was so meticulous about doing the job right!!! I would really recommend Dunning Electrical to anyone who needs electrical services.

Dunning Electrical worked around our schedule, did exactly what they said they would in the amount of time quoted. No surprises and he even checked a few other electrical issues for us while he was here as a courtesy. Get Lit has now done a few jobs for me and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend and will be using them for all future electrical needs.

Called this morning for an estimate. They were able to get techs out to do the estimate same day.Dylan and his crew showed up and were excellent to work with. They walked me through what could be done and the estimate. Got the main items I was looking for fixed and done all at once. It was a very easy and smooth appointment. Will gladly call on Dunning Electrical in the future.

Definitely recommend these guys for your electrical issues. Super affordable and trustworthy! This was my second time hiring them and once again, I was super impressed. Answered every question we had very nicely. I can't even tell you how refreshing it was to have a fair and honest job done at a reasonable price. Zero hassle or shady pricing job. We had Michael come out and help with drains. It was so easy and he was so kind and professional.

This company is a gem. If I could give 10 stars I would. Michael and Derek worked hard putting in 5 new faucets and did an excellent job. Price quotation for job was excellent too. Highly recommend this plumbing service.

Michael was at our house early the next morning after contacting the company the evening before. He was so polite and immediately put us at ease with having a stranger in our home- let alone one who would be cutting into the wall to replace the water line valve behind our fridge. He informed me of each step along the way and it went exactly as he said. We were even able to continue with our morning plans that I originally assumed we would have to cancel since we had this appointment, but he worked in a timely manner that it was a pleasant surprise. He was so friendly and joyful too, something that is appreciated when you are taking care of an unplanned expense/issue. I am so grateful I was recommended this company and that Michael was our technician because I now know I have someone I can contact and trust with any other issues we might have in our home. I highly recommend! Very competitive prices compared to the other quotes we got.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Plumbing Paramedics. Scheduling was easy, Michael arrived on time and communicate communicated when he was on his way. He listened to everything I had to say about a water issue I’ve been experiencing for over a year, and had previously been dismissed by other plumbing companies. Within in 15 minutes, he was able to diagnose and provide different solutions. While he was here, he actually spotted a leak that I was unaware of, and attempted to fix it while he was on site. I ended up needing my 20 year old hot water heater replaced. Michael and Derek were able to get us immediately scheduled for the next day, and had both issues resolved quickly. I felt the price was extremely fair, they left behind no mess, great communication and professionalism. I will recommend Plumbing Paramedics to everyone I know!
