I can’t say enough about Lynch Electric. Seth did two small projects with speed, competence and an incredibly positive attitude. And THEN he took on retrofitting a chandelier that had been hand made and did not fit in our new space. He researched all the components and installed the chandelier today and it is just perfect! It has all the funky artistry the original had, but perfectly scaled to a larger and taller space. We are so grateful and absolutely thrilled!!!

We had a kitchen fan replaced with a more modern design and the guys were fantastic. They were prompt and considerate and conscientious! They wouldn’t settle for the existing faulty wiring and made improvements compatible with new existing codes. My wife and I are very pleased. We’ll use this professional company in the future for our electric related jobs!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite being referred by my community neighbors, the experience was far from what I expected. I was charged 1.5 hours of travel time for a technician who spent exactly 25 minutes on-site. This charge was never communicated to me, and I was not informed that travel time would be considered service time. Had I known, I would have chosen a local technician and avoided this entire situation.

To make matters worse, the technician initially quoted $290, which he confirmed on his mobile device. However, the final bill inexplicably increased by $90. When I questioned this, the company failed to provide a reasonable explanation and refused to honor the original quote.

After raising my concerns, the company offered me a 15% discount, but only if I paid the bill by the end of the day. This felt like coercion, forcing me to make a payment under pressure. To avoid any further debate and trouble, I reluctantly paid the amount they demanded.

This entire experience reeks of miscommunication, unfair billing practices, and poor customer service. If you’re considering using this service, be wary of hidden charges, unexpected price hikes, and pressure tactics. I will not be using their services again and cannot recommend them to others.

I was surprised to see how you managed to turn a negative review in your favor. I had already paid extra for the additional effort you put in, but then you added the 1.5-hour travel time to the service time without any prior notice. I’m certain that anyone would have declined the service if they had known the technician was coming from such a distance. It feels like this was intentionally not communicated.

I called 308 Solutions after smelling an electrical burn at 5PM on a Thursday afternoon. Once confirmed there was no fire/smoke, Allen and his team guided me through procedures to shut off power to the house and they were on site by 5:30 to investigate the issue. They walked me through their findings and had a plan of action set for the very next day. Their crew worked diligently throughout the day and into the evening to replace two panels and insure the home was safe. I recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical or general construction services. They are responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and, on behalf of my family, we thank them!

I have used 308 Solutions Group two times for different electrical projects. From changing out a breaker to installing an outlet for my generator to run our home. They are friendly, responsive, on time, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be happy to call again when the need arises.

Mr.Butch was amazing! He showed up on time, was fast and efficient in identifying the problem and gave us the best solutions possible that save us money! He did not sugar coat things and gave me only the truth, unlike most contractors who are interested in making their pretty penny. Least to say, they are the most reliable, cost effective and efficient company out there. Would recommend them 100%
