Dennis is reliable, efficient, and very responsive. I needed work done quickly, and he was very accommodating to my schedule needs. He also provided the services as promised which was both expected and appreciated.

The team was extremely helpful. I was having issues with two sprinkler zones not popping up. I was up front that I didn't know much about the sprinkler systems. I gave them my budget and they made it happen! They took the time diagnose the issue, walked me through the fixes that need to be done and were all in upfront and genuine. It was great to see the "son and pop" business come out and do such a great job. I said it to them and I'll say it again of how appreciative I am of their help!

Dennis was called when a previous attempt was made to repair our sprinkle system. The first individual dug a hole around the sprinkle junction and left it. Ghosted us completely. Dennis came in and asked us what we wanted to accomplish, then he did it. Completed the work and advised us how to use the system. Would highly recommend him to either repair the existing system or install new one.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the years of great service our family has received from Dennis and his team. We have a larger property with multiple irrigation zones, a garden and multiple flowerbeds. The system was originally installed in 2001 and as a result has needed some frequent repairs. Dennis is always quick to respond to our needs and, when applicable, recommend cost effective upgrades to our system to help us better manage our irrigation system. We recently upgraded to a remote management system to help us remotely manage our system when we are traveling and prevent unnecessary watering after recent rains so we are no longer that family who's system runs in a rain storm while we are on a business trip. We also recently did some construction on our property that required line movements and repairs and he did a great job helping us make that project a success.

After trying to self-diagnose for hours — and identifying an additional issue with a leak in our irrigation system — I finally called Helpler’s. They arrived quickly, identified the issues, worked for several hours, and came back exactly as promised early the next day to complete the job. The price for the repairs and service were very fair, and it was all handled expertly…even to the point of identifying and flagging things I could handle myself to save some money. Dennis and his team went above and beyond. They came out to give us a quote and were able to install a new control unit. We needed extensive repairs done and they were able to knock it out in hardly any time! They were very thorough and their final price very reasonable! I recommend Hepler’s for any of your irrigation needs!

We came home from a 10-day trip to apparently a large sprinkler line leak in our 40+ year old irrigation system. It apparently had been going the whole time we were gone. I called Hepler’s and Dennis came out early on a very hot Sunday morning to repair the leak for us.

The cut off to the irrigation system wasn’t visible nor did we know where it was located. But he was able to locate where it was buried, deep underground, only to find it very old and corroded and didn’t work. He then fixed the leak and also replaced the cut off. Dennis was very patient explaining things to me as I probably asked a million questions and he also checked back in after the repairs were complete to find out how everything was going.

We plan to use him again to make some upgrades to our existing system as well as any future repairs!

We had a sprinkler backflow issue that was causing flooding. We had just put down fresh sod and really needed to be able to run our sprinkler system. Dennis installed our irrigation system at a reasonable price and was very meticulous about being sure that all areas were well covered. He was very responsive when we had a sprinkler head that needed replacing and also came right out before a serious cold snap to winterize the system and show us how to manage it in the future.
