We have a difficult pool to manage both mechanically and chemically, lots of trees, leaves and berries surround it. Parijo Pools (Paul & Richard - so awesome!) has managed to get our pool more pristine than we’ve seen it in years!!! Affordable and reliable weekly service!

Parijo Pools is our pool maintenance service company and simply put, ‘they are the very best in care, professionalism, and recommendations on “how best” to maintain and extend our pool life cycle. Our maintenance representative is very knowledgeable about pool design, equipment service capability and requirement and overall design and expectations of a pool. The cost for the services is far less than the services provided and I am so grateful for their services. Just in a few months they saved me hundreds of dollars in preventive maintenance recommendation something my pool builder should have informed me directly versus in a manual. I wanted to let you know that I am quite pleased with the preventive pool maintenance services provided by Parijo Pools. RER

They have been our pool maintenance company since we purchased our house two years ago. The first year was great, Paul got our pool in tip top shape. Then other people started showing up to clean our pool and we have had problems all year. I pay for weekly service. We have had no shows constantly. He couldn’t get the pool cleaned before Labor Day weekend so just left it and we haven’t heard anything since. This is what my pool looks like. Really disappointed that they care so little about their loyal customers.

I have used sink or swim pools for several years in the beginning they were very good and then I got a new Tech and things went downhill. After several complains things seemed to get a little better. Recently requested a repair and the guy came out and gave me prices from $1300 to $40 to repair a leak. I suggested we go with the cheapest part first, he insisted it couldn't be done. I found the part on Amazon he still said it couldn't be done and wanted to charge me $500. Didn't seem right, so I went to a competitor and he repaired it for a $180. Be careful with these guys sometimes they're good and sometimes they're not.

I’ve been a pool owner for over 15 years and have had many companies service my pool. I’ve been with sink or swim for 5 years now and can honestly say that there is no other company out there that cares about their customers more than they do. The owner is always respectful. My pool has always been well taken care of and their service guy is always on time and respectful. If you’re looking for a pool service do yourself a favor and give them a call.

My husband and I have had Sink or Swim for a several years. They have always done a great job and always been consistent. Zac has always taken care of us and been very helpful with any questions we have had. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with their pool.

Started off with a one star due to a rocky start because of a breakdown in communication however, Zack the manager stepped in and made it right, so I feel that this rating is fair, and we will continue to allow them to service our pool! Thank you Zack!

I am so happy I found Sink or Swim Pools! They were very prompt, professionial and knowledgeable. They corrected a problem I had created, very quickly and completely. If you need help with anything related to your pool, do not hesitate to call these good folks. I certainly will be calling them the next time I have a need!

I have tried several pool services over the last few years and I have finally found a service I feel deserves my recommendation.

I was already pleased with how they had taken care of me for the last 2 years but this spring they’ve really earned my loyalty.

When I came home from work last week I could tell by the sound of the noise coming from the backyard that there was something wrong.
I was sure my pump was fried and I was looking at a big bill. I braced myself for the worst.

I immediately dialed Sink or Swim and within just a short time the technician was onsite and had diagnosed a broken pipe coming from my pump. He quickly repaired the pipe and because I’d been a long term customer they gave me a break on the emergency, after hours call.

It’s nice to have a service I can count on and trust. It just goes to show that some businesses still know the value of customer service.

Sink or Swim did a great job resealing our coping, table in the pool and outdoor kitchen. Fast, efficient, professional and they completed the project ahead of schedule. I would add a photo, but seeing a picture of sealed concrete isn't a wow factor! :)

Sink or swim has been doing a great job since we changed over from Puryear pools. The professionalism from their team has been perfect. Not only do they show up when they are supposed to, they also update us via email on our pool service and Chem levels each week. I'm very happy with their efforts.

Zac was very professional and cleaned my pool filter and did a water treatment on it. Made it all clean! Did a great job and was very nice and friendly. Would def recommend this company for a cleaning or anything with a pool type of service. 10/10 recommend this company! Don’t hesitate to call and schedule!

Sink or Swim Pools is an awesome company. They have been helpful, responsive, professional, honest, and fair.

We are relatively new to the DFW area, and we're also new to owning a home with a pool. When we first bought the home, we were working with another pool company, which we didn't really care for. That other company just didn't seem invested in helping us new-pool-owners be better-pool-owners, and seemed to always want to do just the bare minimum.

We then found these guys, through a referral. They have been awesome. They found solutions for us to make our pool a lower-maintenance system. They do our weekly service and keep us up to date. Their prices are fair - we shopped around. They have made themselves available on short notice for more urgent issues on a few occasions.

Service Tech John Anderson, Manager Zac Treadway, and Owner Jacob Treadway have been our main points of contact, in addition to Admin Specialist Natalie. All have been excellent. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE SINK OR SWIM. Loyal customer for nine years and I've spent over $25k with them, but service has degraded to the point where they simply blame shift the customer for letting your pool fill with algae. Kept my Polaris for eight weeks before returning it and it was still broken. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE FOR SERVICE. Unless you want complete incompetence, look somewhere else for your pool service.

Great company to work with on putting new tile and coping on my pool. Professional and kept me informed.

Nice enough people but they do not clean every week like the other companies. They only throw in tablets and say they cleaned. They come when they feel like it and you have to trust they were there. No pics. No report on what they did. Nothing.
