We have used Sink or Swim for over two years. At first they did a great job but then a new tech came and our service started to go down hill. He stopped completing all the steps. Once we started giving feedback to the owner, he became rude. Being in our own home was uncomfortable when he was in our backyard. The issues did not seem to be getting fixed so I started getting quotes from other companies. One of this were friends with the owners and told him. Jacob called me and told me he wanted to make it right and other people had complained about that tech (our voices obviously were not enough) He gave me a free month and would give me the best tech. Now it is 11 months later and since then we had a tech who over chlorinated the pool because he didn't know you put less in the winter. We were told this by another tech, not a call from the owner. Then after getting a new tech who was super nice our pool has started growing algae.

Sink or Swim saved us!! We had multiple leaks in our older pool, and they repaired everything. Not only that, the pool looks better than it did before the work started.
My wife and I would 100% recommend Sink or Swim to everyone.

Great service and technicians. This company sends photos to your phone after every service and keeps you informed when there is a problem with your pool equipment.

This company repaired and rebuilt the flagstone decking around my pool and completely rebuilt my pool. They gave me a timeframe and everything happened as promised. It is beautiful and they did an out-standing and very professional job. I am very pleased with the work and they did not hesitate to answer or address any of my questions.

Had a crew out to rehab tile on both the jacuzzi edge and pool perimeter. Great clean crew and job with no issues and complete in like a day and a half. Very well priced and quality work. Could not find any issues or misses on my many inspections. Great firm.

Disappointing. Mostly decent work but with very limited warranty. Had them come out to replace pool skimmers and seal our sand stone around the pool. So far skimmers are still working fine but within 6mo the I noticed a section of sandstone starting to deteriorate. I called to see if they warranty their work and was told they only have a 90day warranty on the sealant. This was supposed to last years but it didn’t last 6mo!? Either they missed the spot, didn’t apply it correctly, or are using sub par material. 90% of the work they did was good, but the 10% they missed they won’t cover the repair.

I had to make a single service request for a few different things ranging from repairs to maintenance filter cleaning on behalf of my dad who is ill and not able to handle these things anymore. The technician came and handled things for my parents in a patient and professional manner. Even when there was a small issue with one of the repair points, one call had them back out and the problem fixed with no stress.
It was most important for me to have my dad be as calm and comfortable in this weakened point in his life, and his stress of the pools problems got taken care of and off his mind, which is greatly appreciated by my mother and I.
I'm sure we'll contact them for future pool needs.

This is an honest, dependable and friendly company. If I could give them six stars for the review, I would.

They were a total rip off. They charged me $750.00 for fixing the leak I had. I had the broken piping completely dug up when they arrived. The 2 workers they sent did not speak English at all so I couldn’t communicate with them. They were here for 30 minutes fixing the issue. I requested that they adjust their price due to the time they were here, but they said that was their minimum charge. They probably paid the 2 workers a couple of hundred dollars and made 550 on the deal. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!! They are genuine crooks!!

Be very careful using this pool company. I recently called them to hire them for a pool clean out, power wash, and pool service for the year. From the start the guy they sent out was looking for ways toget out of the job. He finally convinced his boss to stop the work because he wanted help to do the job, so he left. What I didn't know until 6 days later when I got a reliable pool company to come out that we discovered that he had left my filter system disassembled and without the bolt to put it back together. The bolt cost me 70.00 to replace so thank you.sink or swim for no help and costing me 70.00. Becareful potential cutomers.

The inspection located the leak. The proposal was worse case scenario if they had to go through the deck. Juan and Miguel were awesome in their work. They repaired without cutting up the deck and the company was very fair in their adjustment. A landscaping light was accidentally damaged and they special order the part and repaired the light to perfect condition. I am 100% satisfied. They went beyond and above my expectations. I will use them again and highly recommend them. I forgot one more thing. After the repair of the leak was completed my pool pump would not come on as it was losing its prime. They sent someone out ( I forgot his name) but he was an expert in troubleshooting and made a few minor adjustments and it was running perfectly. He was patient, explaining as he went and completed his problem solving and repairing with excellent customer service. So pleased with the whole operation including the front office. Very customer friendly. They cared.

I really like this company. The communication is constant and timely. The office team is really great too.
Travis is a fantastic tech. Super kind and personable. He always has a plan. Very happy with these guys.

In March (2023), having just returned from a 5+ week trip out of state, I contacted Sink or Swim for a pool leak test after I had picked up their flyer from Leslie's. Three people from SoS came out, performed their evaluation, told me I had a sub-plaster crack across the width of the pool and some less significant pool plumbing issues, and later submitted a quote for repairs totaling just under $30k. I still have a copy of it; see photo.

Initially, I had good reason to believe that my pool was leaking into my neighbor's yard behind my back fence. This was a messy problem during a very bad time that I wanted to get resolved quickly, and despite the fact that my insurance company was suggesting I was probably not covered, I almost agreed to move ahead with repairs at the quoted price.

But I talked again to Leslie's, and sought 2nd and 3rd opinions on testing and repair. The 2nd company found only very minor leaks at one of the skimmers, repaired with epoxy. The 3rd company found NO leaks.

In the last 2 months, my neighbor's back yard has dried up. My pool water level has not appreciably dropped. It would appear that I do NOT have a structural crack across the width of the pool, nor a plumbing leak.

I am still uncertain about where the water accumulation in my neighbor's back yard originated. But as time has gone on, as my neighbor has ceased to communicate a problem, as my pool water level has remained stable, I become more certain that I almost paid a fortune to correct a problem that did not exist.
And I'm not at all happy about it.

I got the skimmer replaced to fix a leak and since then I see more of water leak and had to refill water every other day now. I called the company and now they are asking me to get a complete leak detection. They never took responsibility to come and check the skimmer.

Sink or Swim is a one stop shop for anything that you need to help take care of your pool. As a first time pool owner, they were always quick to respond to questions that I had, and were quick to share tips and tricks to better maintain the pool.

When we did have issues, they provided fair quotes and effective solutions. I always felt like they were looking out for what was best for my situation, not trying to take advantage of it.

We also leveraged their weekly cleaning service when we had moved away but still owned our property. The team was very consistent in their efforts, and their communication made me feel at ease even when I couldn't see their work first hand.

I would recommend Sink or Swim to anybody looking to get some help with their pool and spa. They were absolutely great to work with. Thanks so much team!

I am very disappointed with the service from Sink or Swim Pool Company. They promised quality and charged higher rates, but the work was not delivered as expected. Despite reaching out several times, the problems only worsened. The service quality, equipment, and professionalism of the staff fell far below acceptable standards. I cannot recommend this company.

Nick is a boss there and is pretty cool but his brother is not and the guy named Travis there are horrible, do not book these guys they half way clean and the people working there or bad people

I have had a terrible experience with this company over the course of less than a year, multiple issue after issue. When contacted about an issue, Zach was extremely unprofessional and refused to take any accountability for the the fact that our pump is now broken or possibly needs replacing due to a lack of proper pool maintenance by Sink or Swim. As a result of this we are now looking elsewhere for a professional and honest pool maintenance company. If you are looking for a reliable pool service, definitely look elsewhere.

A national company came out before Sink or Swim and they told me they couldn't find a leak, for which they charged me a lot of money for nothing. Then I contacted Sink or Swim. Sink or Swim found the leak and repaired the leaks. The guy's had to dig a lot of dirt and gravel. When they were done, they left it in perfect shape......just like they found it. Sink or Swim was very reasonably priced for all the work performed. Highly recommend them for any issues pool related. 5 Stars!

I have use this pool service for a few years . I was recently was quoted a price for a part that I didn't need. It only need to be cleaned. I also learned from the new guy serving my pool that he saw the guy stayed 5 minutes cleaning my pool before. ( the new guy does my neighbors pool). It's no telling how much money that paid for services I didn't need and visa versa. You lost a good customer after giving y'all a second chance because one the the pool techs wasn't cleaning the pool.
