In is a reliable service AND they have technicians (namely Charlie) who can keep your pool equipment running which is Key!!

We had our sand filters changed on the pool,
They finished and left so we checked the pool and noticed there was sand everywhere in the pool, also they parked in an area that was not a parking spot with both their vans and tore up the grass with big ruts where it was wet and raining. It was ridiculous.

I like the biweekly service, and appreciate my tech who arrives like clockwork on the morning of my scheduled service. I appreciate the professional maintenance to my pool, and the report I receive after every visit. Seeing the test results is a plus, and knowing that any chemicals needed are being handled for me. Great service.

My pool service sold/closed down a few months ago. Aquamaid pu our service. The first time in 12 yrs our pool had algae. I sent a pic to the office manager requesting something to fix the issue. Zero call. Sent another email requesting owner contact me. No call. Received a text 5 days later to purchase a device for basket to help with algae. While pool had algae they did a filter service which is redundant as the algae infects the filter then continues to infect the pool. Hired a new pool service & it took 1 week and multiple filter cleans to get pool fixed. I requested final bill. They sent me 3 different invoice #s for filter cleans. Not the same invoice 3x. They were charging me 3 x for a filter clean they did while pool was infested with algae. Plus, they never called & confirmed I wanted the service to begin with. Tech showed up out of the blue on non sked pool service day.

Prior to all of this I received notices to pay my bill AFTER I had already paid it. It’s like they were trying to get me to pay twice. There are some shady business practices going on with this company.

I just used this company again. They still friendly, helpful and good prices. I totally recommend them for your pool repairs. 06/15/ 2022

I finally found a pool service I can recommend to others. Aquamaid employees where very professional and helpful. While having repair done they where able to offer me recommendations for repairs with in my budget. I am happiest I have been in over a year with my pool thanks to Aquamaid. I will use them again when I have pool issues in the future.

What a great team! The repair staff is extremely helpful and communicates very well. I will definitely call them with any pool repair needs! The office staff is also very helpful and polite every time I call the office.

The service is prompt, professional and trustworthy. Our serviceman Charlie goes above and beyond to resolve any issue that arises—in one instance he saved us a few thousand dollars by finding a solution that our previous service people had not even considered. I highly recommend Aquamaid!

First of all they provide excellent consistent maintenance service. If we have a problem they are super responsive. For instance our pump wasn’t operating well on a Friday and the general manager came right out to help us, and returned the next day to double check. Also, Charlie installed a remote that is operated by our cell phones, and he did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company.

Daniel and Brian provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to repair my pool pump control panel. They were both super friendly and took the time to explain how to use the new Hayward firmware installed. I highly recommend Aquamaid and both Daniel & Brian 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just started with this company. First week was great second week tech came and left our pool completely inoperable…been calling multiple times asking for them to get someone out here to fix it before the weekend. Same tech came out and left again without the pool running. Unable to turn the pump on or anything. Reached out to to company again asking for help and getting someone out here to look at our pool. Informed that we wouldn’t have anybody here till Monday. Which we informed her we have video proof that our pool was operational before the tech arrived on Thursday. After a dozen calls today we asked to speak to the owner of the company and was informed that he is unreachable and we are not able to contact him. Also this is not the cheapest pool service in town. One would assume that with a higher price that you would get good customer service. My recommendation would be Stay far far away from this company. Very shady business practices. Photos are within hours of them leaving

Great people and they really stay on top of my pool. I was a bit slow paying for a service I had done and they were very patient and always kind and understanding. Very nice people and give me updates weekly and my pool has never been more clear!!!

The staff of this company are always professional and complete assigned tasks with desired results. They are friendly and Management (Byran) is outstanding in every regard. I had to fire my last pool company who never provided solid advice on how to get my pool back to clean, clear and usable. What a relief to find this pool company! Within a week, my pool was back in tiptop shape and sparkling clean. Everyone was very open with their communication and walked me through the process of what needed to happen. I am so grateful to finally find a company who cares!

I switched to Aquamaid from another company that I was using, and I am happy that I did. I think this company is fairly priced, and John, the owner has graciously talked me through some difficulties in an emergency with no charge for that. Also, the work they do, I feel is good. In other words, if there is a problem, they fix it, and it's then fixed.

I have had some issues with the filter psi being high. I had the whole filter system replaced more than 3 years ago and continue to have issues. Today I reached out because I have been waiting for a call from an “expert” since Wednesday. I explained why I would like to speak with an “expert” and was told why my filter needs cleaning which I already know. I feel like I had to push to have someone reach out to me. I understand they are busy, as am I. I asked for a call back today so we will see if I receive one or not.
