We have used his services before. Please stay away. this man lies about what he uses and didnt even vacuum our carpets. He brought in a machine that you can get at home depot. After he left I waiting for the carpets to dry, I pulled a lot of stuff afterwards. Please stay away!

Waste of Money!
I called to set up an appointment weeks in advance . When no one arrived on time I waited and then called , they told me they had no record of my appointment . I very clearly spoke with someone the week before telling them I had a time crunch and needed them to be there promptly at 8 . It was for moving out of my place and I was told they could get out stains , when I asked why he didn't get them out he just said they couldn't come out but i had specifically asked about it . I paid for stain removal and that didn't occur . Not only were they late , he didn't set up the equipment properly and my entire kitchen ended up covered in water . After all that when he went to charge me he didnt have the proper tools to charge me , not even a pen to fill out anything . There was no compensation offered for my time( hours late ) or the completely soaked kitchen . SAVE YOUR MONEY

I have always used Daltex Steam to help me with cleaning my rugs and furniture. Being a mom with three special needs, The carpets in the kids room and living room always need constant maintenance. this is the only company i will call to take care of it . I highly recommend the company. The owner is very professional and will show up in a timely manner

Bought a Living Social Deal for 5 rooms of carpet cleaning, schedule my appt. They didn't show, so I called and they didn't know where the person was, called me back said 30 min away....1 hour passes still no one here. I've worked over an hour to move furniture and clean to get it all ready. Very frustrated, communication is very poor. I was offered no solutions. I'll never use them again.

Unprofessional who answers his phone like your bothering him. Strongly discourage from ever using someone who conducts his service like this
