I am giving a bad review due to this vehicle right here. This driver almost hit me on 820 tonight. The shoulder is not a lane. However, this fellow thought it was and decided to use it and saw a slight opening and jumped into my lane in front of me. What really scared me was the pool-pole in the back of his truck that almost hit the hood of my truck. Then, as traffic began to move, he almost rear-ended the vehicle in front of him. Do better.

Parijo Pools have been able to assist with any needs we have. Understanding to work with our schedule because we have animals that have to be locked up. Inform us of any repairs coming up. You guys are awesome and patient with our needs. Thank you for doing the job I don’t want to do. I truly can’t thank you enough.

I was in need of a pool service company to do a filter clean on my Pentair filter. I called 5 of the listed Pool Service companies that serve Arlington TX. Each call went to voicemail & I left my contact info. I waited 3 days waiting on callbacks from at least one of them. Not one of the companies contacted me after 3 days.
A friend suggested Parijo Pools. I called Parijo Pools & received a call back within 5 minutes. Laura was very cordial & professional over the phone. The service was scheduled for the next day. Awesome, so far.

Paul was very knowledgeable and efficient. We asked for our system to be checked and DE filter to be cleaned after home purchase. He was nice, honest and showed me what was wrong before repairs were done. Payment was requested after awesome service. Easy to schedule, very responsive, would recommend to anyone.

Parijo Pools (especially Richard) deliver outstanding performance in ALL of the above named qualities. They are especially responsive to requests made by their customers. They take care of things, the pool sparkles and we hardly know they are here working. Like the old Bekins Movers slogan, they are "Careful, quick and kind"..

After calling several pool companies who where very unhelpful I got ahold of Paul at Parijo Pools. He was able to come out and give me a diagnosis and an estimate on the repair work(I had a bad pump). He was very good at explaining to me the price of the parts and labor. The system works great now and the company was such a pleasure dealing with I switched my cleaning service over to them. My new cleaner does a great job and the pool looks perfect every time. Thanks Parijo Pools you guys rock! I will be referring you to my friends and family.

Parijo Pools is our pool maintenance service company and simply put, ‘they are the very best in care, professionalism, and recommendations on “how best” to maintain and extend our pool life cycle. Our maintenance representative is very knowledgeable about pool design, equipment service capability and requirement and overall design and expectations of a pool. The cost for the services is far less than the services provided and I am so grateful for their services. Just in a few months they saved me hundreds of dollars in preventive maintenance recommendation something my pool builder should have informed me directly versus in a manual. I wanted to let you know that I am quite pleased with the preventive pool maintenance services provided by Parijo Pools. RER

They have been our pool maintenance company since we purchased our house two years ago. The first year was great, Paul got our pool in tip top shape. Then other people started showing up to clean our pool and we have had problems all year. I pay for weekly service. We have had no shows constantly. He couldn’t get the pool cleaned before Labor Day weekend so just left it and we haven’t heard anything since. This is what my pool looks like. Really disappointed that they care so little about their loyal customers.

I have used sink or swim pools for several years in the beginning they were very good and then I got a new Tech and things went downhill. After several complains things seemed to get a little better. Recently requested a repair and the guy came out and gave me prices from $1300 to $40 to repair a leak. I suggested we go with the cheapest part first, he insisted it couldn't be done. I found the part on Amazon he still said it couldn't be done and wanted to charge me $500. Didn't seem right, so I went to a competitor and he repaired it for a $180. Be careful with these guys sometimes they're good and sometimes they're not.

I’ve been a pool owner for over 15 years and have had many companies service my pool. I’ve been with sink or swim for 5 years now and can honestly say that there is no other company out there that cares about their customers more than they do. The owner is always respectful. My pool has always been well taken care of and their service guy is always on time and respectful. If you’re looking for a pool service do yourself a favor and give them a call.

My husband and I have had Sink or Swim for a several years. They have always done a great job and always been consistent. Zac has always taken care of us and been very helpful with any questions we have had. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with their pool.

Started off with a one star due to a rocky start because of a breakdown in communication however, Zack the manager stepped in and made it right, so I feel that this rating is fair, and we will continue to allow them to service our pool! Thank you Zack!
