David's great! He came same day to assess the problem, and he came at the time he quoted for the repair.

Unprofessional and poor customer service. I called this morning to ask about pool maintenance and he was very rude. He started off by saying how he didn’t have time this week to do anything. Mind you, I never said that I needed anything done right away, nor this week. He would’ve known that if he would’ve just asked. He acts like you’re bothering him when you call.

David has been doing this for a long time and
Is one of the very best. If you want a Great
pool service Guy you can’t go wrong here.
As far as how he answers his phone? I would
call this nitpicking. He is passionate about
his work.

I called to simply get a quote for changing out the DE filter material as we are new pool owners. He would not give me a quote and said he could not help me. He said he was too busy to add another client and didn't give any indication of when he could. No empathy at all. No professionalism. I had to ask if it was David's Pool Service since he simply answered the phone with a hello. I don't know how this company has five stars.

I have used David's Pool Care for 15 years and I am about to remodel my pool this winter with him. We have been loyal to each other for a long time. This guy Matt that left the bad review does not know David and David has never performed any work for him. A little sensitive guy like Matt should not be able to post something that is untrue and could hurt David's business. David's Pool care is small company and a little coward like Matt should not be able to sit at home in his underwear and blast a company that has never done work for him. Man up Matt

David took care of our pool for the past 25 years and was always there to help us when we had problems with it. He was always on top of things and replaced parts as needed and didn't suggest anything that wasn't necessary.
It was nice to have a crystal clear pool for our family to enjoy. We will miss him and his great service.

I was in need of a pool guy because my previous guy passed and I had to leave the company. Well I called David and he immediately stated he was a 1 man show and was too booked to take new clients. I can understand that, no problem. Well he was 1 of 5 companies whom I called and none wanted to help me. Yes, I'm a black woman living in a well established great neighborhood but one cared about where i stayed.

I asked a caucasian friend to call David and see if he would accept her needing for his service. When we called he absolutely did accept and with no hesitation or knowing where she stayed, he offered to come over that day. As he stated, I'm right here in your area now and I can come over today.

It saddens me to know that my skin color would be a problem for anyone to service me. Then with everything going on in the world currently, it really doesn't surprise me. However, this was great to know before I spent a penny with this company.

David is extremely competent and thorough, providing first rate weekly pool services and repairs. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of maintenance, repairs or remodels. You’ll never wonder who is working outside on your pool, it’ll always be David and it’ll always be a job well done.

David has been providing year round weekly pool service for us for 15 years. He keeps our pool looking beautiful! He also keeps all of our pool equipment in tip top shape! If there is ever a problem, he fixes it immediately. David also did an amazing job on our total pool renovation in 2016. I highly recommend David's Pool Care!

WOW ... Amazing service and dedication to getting the issue fixed . Our pool warranty people said it was the computer board and wanted mega dollars to replace it . Abel came to our rescue and after several hours of determination fixed the issue for a much much lower price and it wasn't the computer board .. He came highly recommended from a friend ... who uses their services for weekly maintenance . No need to look any further than Abel and Aqua Bella Pools .

Abel was absolutely incredible with my pool. I had a green pool with algae and other issues that i could not fix and Aqua Bella found the issue and corrected the problem. It was a broken manifold, DE in pool and debris on the bottom. Thanks for everything and your attention to detail.

I am new to pool ownership and for the first year made frequent trips to Leslie’s to test my pool water quality. It seemed like I was consistently adding too much or too little of some chemical or another. Was constantly battling cloudy water or mustard algae. After a particularly bad mustard algae outbreak, I reached out to the pool company that had resurfaced our pool and was referred to Aqua Bella Pools. Abel Rubio, the owner of this small pool maintenance business responded promptly to my call and totally eradicated the algae outbreak. At that point, I asked him to take over pool maintenance for the balance of the summer. It was my intention just to have Abel maintain the pool during the summer and then I would resume taking care of the pool. After I saw how sparkling clear the water was with Abel’s weekly maintenance, however, I decided that it was worth it to turn over pool maintenance to a professional. I have not regretted my decision; It is totally worth the monthly fee to have Abel clean and maintain sparkling clear water quality on a weekly basis. In addition to maintaining the pool, Abel has installed a new water circulating pump, a freeze guard for the pool, cleans the pool filter, repaired the Polaris—he is pretty much capable of addressing all aspects of pool ownership. Abel has become my friend and trusted advisor for anything pool related. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing assistance maintaining a pool.
