I had a slab leak and needed a plumber ASAP! William came, took his time to diagnose where the leak is, got it repaired, cleaned up afterwards. Then did extra unexpected work by fixing the plumbing under the sink that the previous owners did shoddy work on. William did an amazing job and was very professional.

Did an inspection and repairs on a house we was purchasing. Did nothing on the slow draining master shower that was in our inspection by a reputable licensed home inspector. Been dealing with it draining slow and when we called Will he will not stand behind his work and bad inspection. In response to Marie Fine he did not do a good job because we still have a slow drain in the master bath that was listed on the inspection report.

Will was on time as always, and showed up for an emergency call when my water heater decided to go bad. Showed up with a new one and had it installed and running in a few short hours. If you want a top notch plumber with decades of experience, call him!

Willie Sides is the best!!! He has fixed slab leaks, faucets, hot water heaters, and more for me. He is always honest, has great response time and has literally saved me THOUSANDS!!! Willie 's quality is great. When he is done, I know my problem is FIXED!! I highly, highly recommend!!

Willie is the best! He replaced our hot water heater. He got to our house early, worked quickly, and did a clean, professional job. Willie took the time to teach me how to take care of the new heater, and then he followed up a couple days later to make sure things are still working well.

William did a great job repairing our slab leak. He was quick to respond and was able to get our leak fixed. We have used William in the past for various repairs and we are always pleased with his work. We would highly recommend William for any plumbing needs.

Called Willie back during Snowmageddon. We had a slab leak repaired by someone else and were concerned when the piping froze. He advised us that the piping that was used to reroute could expand many times due to freezing and should be fine once it thawed out. He was right. It was nice that he called back so quickly when we could not get any other plumbers to even return our calls, even the one who did the original slab leak repair. Willie didn't even charge us then.

So when we had a leak around a toilet, he was the 1st one we called. He reset the toilet and did it RIGHT. Not like the "handyman" who did it the first time. He stuck to his estimated price as well.

Within in a day or so, we had to replace our refrigerator and the water supply faucet developed a leak (it was over 40 yrs old). He not only replaced the faucet but discovered damage to the piping from when the house was built. He replaced that section of pipe and still stuck to the price quoted.

Willie is now our "go-to" plumber!

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I was just calling to get an estimate for a pressure test and he pretty much told me he would not get I. A bidding war. I wasn't asking him to bid for anything. I just wanted and estimate. He was so rude and basically hung up on me. I called him back and let him know I have never been treated like that ever by a company. At that point I let him know I was disabled and was just trying to find a price we could afford. My husband is the only one working and money is more than tight. I would not use this company. If they can be rude to someone who.was trying to be a customer imagine what might happen to those who are. Stay far away from this company!!

I would not recommend this company, He was very rude... I called and he was very short with me when I was explaining to him what was going on with my pipe. He proceeded to say the weather was horrible and he's not driving his vehicle out everybody wants to sue a plumber. Anyway so I asked what should I do he said to just shut off my water. I explained to him that that's not what I believe it is it would be running really hard and it's just a little puddle like if you spilled a glass of water. He continued being very rude to me literally telling me that I'm stupid. He was just completely rude and unprofessional. So I hung up and called someone else. That plumber came right away assessed this situation and told me it was just condensation we cleaned it up the little amount of water and he told me to keep an eye on it. It did not happen again. So what I'm saying is if I would have allowed this company Arlington Plumbing surgeon come and turn off my water because he did not want to be bothered by doing it right away for assessing the situation, which is crazy because he would have been here to shut off my water anyway. All I have to say is thank God I didn't hire him he would have done more damage to my house than necessary. Plus treat me completely rude telling me I'm stupid. I'm very happy that I did not hire him he would have came and shut off my water and my pipes would have broken because of that. Shame on him
