These guys are the best. If you miss the customer service of yesteryear, Locke has it. Also, way cheaper than Lowe's and Home Depot

Great stuff but same as other comments "Get ready to pay". They dont show prices so you already know it's not cheap as Home Depot as I was comparing parts.

They sell to my customers. I am an A license dealer in the state of Texas for 54 years and my vendor Locke supply is my largest competitor. They sell directly to my customers. Not the electrical supply but the ac side. But they won't sell me equipment. -Roger

Evan was very friendly, yet disappointed because they did NOT have the exact part in stock and their Honeywell pricey universal part did NOT fit.

WARNING❗: Evan told me since it was an electrical part for my furnace I could NOT return it.
Some now I'm stuck with a pricey part.

Customer service this lock's supply house is a lifesaver for me as a plumber. Sam is always Manning the counter and he knows exactly where everything is and is a very friendly sales rep, they never seem to be out of what I need, and the place is always clean and well organized. I used to be a Ferguson man but switched to lock because the experience here is so much better.

Friendly, knowledgable, helpful and super fast! I was in and out in 5 minutes! In Austin, where I'm from, you would be lucky to do the same thing in 25 minutes. Wish there was a store like this in Austin, this experience just set new expectations for me!

I will never shop again here the lady at the plumbing department she was busy eating I was trying to ask here if the have union of 3/4 coper she immediately responded with out me even asking a question,(we don't have it in shelves we don't have it ) she was bothered because I was interrupting here brake time ..if you don't like you job then let some one else that like to work, is 10:20 am I don't know how can you eat and talk to costumer but hey don't worry I will never be back again at your store .have some respect for costumers next time stupid !

Super great guys, they shot the breeze with me and my boss for a while, and showed us some new equipment on the market that would slash our time spent on certain electrical jobs. Everything is well laid out and organized, and the stock is actually on the floor, not in the back.

I bought a circuit breaker which I had to return . Chad and all the staffs are so nice to me and other customers . I will recommend this place for everyone I know who is in need of electrical materials .👏👏👏👏

Quality has dropped, call In advance to see if they have parts and they say yes we have that and I get here and they don't have it because the guy doesn't know his parts. Got to spend 200$ on a overkill part instead of 35$ on what I needed because of their lack of knowledge
