" ARUNA" found a plumber and called me back to give me his ETA. SAMUEL, the plumber was professional, courteous and on time wearing a covid-19 mask. Samuel was in and out in about 40 minutes !😷

They can do little jobs but they call in the big dogs if anything flagging the main drain.

This is our new go to plumbing company. On time and the work was done to a higher standard and a reasonable price. To them... Thank you!

We don't appreciate the unprofessional way things have been done in the severe lack of communication from the intake staff to the service dept. nor the condisending attitude of the from office girl. We have used this company for many years, however sadly no longer. Small details make a big impact. It all adds up to either keeping a client or not..

They did a great job repairing a collapsed sewer line at my old home. Price was under estimate. Would definitely recommend them.

Saw a hispanic guy in a toms plumbing truck filling up the dumpster of the car wash at Duluth and 303 with TONS of cardboard boxes, including a big TV box. Google shows that this business is not located anywhere near duluth and 303 so it's a safe bet he was illegally dumping

Tom's Plumbing has been around in Arlington since the 50's. Tom Chandler started the company. Scott & his son Tony now run the family owned & operated company. I have used them since 1984 for toilet repair + NEW electric water heater + cleaning out my kitchen sink.

I made an appointment a week in advance for a problem with our bathtub. They were here 45 minutes and said they had other places to be bu they'd be back later. Never showed never called. When I called they acted like we should have known exactly what the problem was and that it was our fault they couldn't fix it. I'M NOT A PLUMBER! They were absolutely useless.

I had an old, short, round toilet. As a man, that was a big no beauno. I called Tom's, they were hands down the most prompt at answering, and scheduling of possibly any company I've used in the past. They showed up on time, replaced toilet, and left. Perfect. I can now confidently say, from the bottom of my heart, I am once again, KING of my throne. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.

We are remodeling my kitchen and needed to move out the dishwasher to prepare, however the connection needed a shut off valve 😱 I called them late Thursday and they came out promptly and did an Awesome job! Thanks so much!

The quality of the work seems good (time will tell). I'm only giving it 3 stars since I was charged a Service Charge + 1 Hour + $5.00 Fuel Charge. I know based on the security system that the plumber was here for less than 1 hour so I think it's a little underhanded to charge a service charge AND the first hour (I have had another plumber out who only charged the first hour and no fuel charge). And the fuel charge seems unnecessary given that gas is less than $2 / gallon and I'm just outside of Arlington by ~1 mile.

    Leaky bathtub faucet.

Ernie's came over first, did a cheap temporary fix as I asked, and quoted nearly a thousand dollars to make a permanent repair.

Next was Williams, who made me give my information over and over as I was transferred from dispatcher to dispatcher. They sent over a shady guy who claimed that three-handle faucets "blow" and that I needed "his tile guy" to rearrange the tub for a single-handle faucet. Also nearly a thousand dollars. He put in a rubber washer like Ernie's, but it still leaked... probably to motivate me to accept his offer. $79 flat-rate service call for that experience.

The Tom's guy came over and replaced the faucet for $260 altogether. Should have called them first.

Tom's Plumbing is great! I've used them for years. They always correctly repair what is needed and their price is very reasonable. They are prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them.
