Spoke with a manager, Heather, on the phone. She was so mean and offered NO solutions. My toilet flange was defective and not put on properly. They refused to give me the inspection, refused to come out and look at the toilet, refused to even check my other toilets to see if they were defected. I felt defeated speaking with her because she started yelling at me from the get-go. Their front desk lady was very sweet and polite, however when the manager got on the phone it was a different story. I'm just at a lost for words that customers would be treated like this.

Jose did a great job of clearly communicating his estimated time of arrival, the issue and the repair. Everything went very smoothly.

I have nothing but praise for Horizon Plumbing! They were the plumbing contractor for our new home (built about 5 years ago). They did an incredibly detailed, quality job with the plumbing, including with putting adequate insulation on pipes within home. In our neighborhood of about 25 homes, all with Horizon plumbing as the contractor, all of us avoided any major problems like burst pipes during recent winter weather (even with prolonged power outage and freezing temps for days). Would highly recommend this very professional and detail oriented plumbing company!

I chose Horizon because they were one of the few companies who could install Rinnai products. I emailed the salesman exactly what I wanted, make and model of the water heater I wanted. They give me a quote and were very vague of what it included, I called and emailed the salesman multiple times and insisted the salesman list the make and model I wanted in the quote and he refused and ensures me that it's all good - Turkey install! They knew we were replacing an existing water heater that supplied a 24 unit apartment complex. When they showed up to do the install, they started taking the old water heater offline and started unboxing the new water heater - I pointed out that it was a smaller tank and model size that I Requested!!! That I knew this would happen! They claimed and ensured me that this unit was perfectly sized for this property and it would be adequate. I stressed that I wanted the higher model due to its higher energy efficiency (lower energy costs annually) and faster recovery time during peak demand hours.

They had me up against the wall where I felt forced to allow them to install this smaller unit because they already started taking the other unit offline and it would take an additional month to get the larger unit that I wanted and not to mention costing multiple $1000’s more then they quoted me. So, I Regrettably let them install it.

It wasn't more than a week that went by before I started having residents call about the lack of hot water. I called Horizon back out and their solution was to bump up the temperature to its max (above the manufacturers recommendation - which also further decreases its energy efficiency) – which helped a little but I still have during peak times people complaining about no hot water!!!

Ernie Campos just left my house and I am so thankful to him! He went above and beyond to take care of me and he was the nicest, most helpful person. We had a leak in our house (a connector piece connecting the hose bib and the pipe. He found it, fixed it, and cut an extra area in our sheet rock and pulled the insulation out to ensure there would be no mold growth. He told me how to air it out and to have insulation and sheet rock replaced when all is dry. He was full of knowledge and showed me things that were going on in my house that I didn't even know about. He fixed a long time build up problem in my husbands sink that was caused from our AC unit (who new?). He fixed my daughter's running toilet. He explained the calcium buildup problem in my house and showed my how to fix it and showed me a drainage problem at my water/gas meters that would have been costly to fix down the line (thanks to him my irrigation guy is on it as I write this). He REALLY took care of all of my needs and then some. He was very honest, the price was great, and I really appreciated all his knowledge and all his help. No questions asked, I will be calling him to handle all my plumbing needs. Such a pleasant man and such a wonderful person and plumber. Thank you Ernie!

I discovered a strong odor of gas coming from the garage where the tankless water heater is. I called and the dispatcher was able to get a tech out within 20 minutes of my call. The tech quickly determined the problem and replaced the gas supply line immediately. Thankful and impressed with this company and will definitely recommend them.

Horizon fixed a leak in the main water supply between the meter and the house. Jimmy and Chris were friendly, courteous and very professional. We will definitely call Horizon Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I positively recommend Horizon Plumbing to anyone wanting great work at a very reasonable price.

These guys are awesome! They arrived promptly and on time, calling me 30 min. ahead of their arrival. They gave me a quote with a good price and stuck to it. My son threw a computer charger down the toilet and they spent 2 1/2 hours working really hard to get it out so I didn't have to replace the toilet, which is expensive. They even told me that if they couldn't retrieve the charger they would not charge me for taking up the toilet. But they worked hard and got it out! They were super efficient, informative, and friendly. They were careful with the mess and cleaned up after themselves really well and were respectful of my home. I would defiantly recommend them!!!

Thank you Horizon Plumbing! I had to call another company because they were the only ones who could send someone out same day (I called very late in the day) to look for my leak. Their bid to fix it was huge, so I needed a 2nd opinion. You fit me into the schedule, got somebody out, found a better (cheaper!) solution and fixed my leak. You truly are the plumber with integrity. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Horizon Plumbing Service came out to replaced 3 toliet pumps - eliminating the noise of leakage and improving the flow when flushing. Joel was very friendly and professional. He listened and addressed my concerns, ensuring I was satified with the service he provided.Would highly recommend and use again

My new house's manufacturer had this company do the plumbing. However, the water in kitchen sink started leaking in less than a year of the newly constructed house. It was tough to get hold of them, and they finally fixed it for me. However, within few months, the water started leaking again. My warranty expired by a month, and they refused to come fix it for me although the job done was subpar.
I would not recommend this company.

Had a small issue with a leak with the plumbing that was installed by them through the builder. Micaela was awesome with getting it taken care of. She dispatched a technician as quick as she could and had them repair it as well as getting the appropriate warranty personnel involved even though that was not her department.

Plumbing issues are the worst to have but having someone like that on your team that understands a consumer and makes it easier to deal with.

Horizon plumbing and their team are great, would use them again if I ever have issues in the future.

We are very pleased with the work we just had done regarding a slab leak. It was located 21 feet from the digging entrance, so there was a lot of dirt removed. Everything was done orderly and the staff was superb. They were very respectful and told us everything up front regarding what, when, where and how much. The leak was located, pipes replaced, and dirt filled back in. The excavation site doesn't even look like anything happened. Everything is back in place, and we no longer have water running "somewhere"! We will definitely use Horizon Plumbing Service again! I have also referred them to our neighbors. Good job! Good employees! Great Company! Very Pleased!

I chose Horizon because of their good reviews and turns out they’re greatly deserved. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. My repair ended up being costly (replaced water main), but Jared spent all day trying to find a way around it, and showed me every step and every problem. When the repair was made they did it very quickly and professionally. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and honestly found it very reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be a lifelong customer.

Jose was very customer-service oriented, did a superior job, called before he arrived & explained the process as he worked. He ensured I understood the warranty & told me to call with any questions.

Wow, a breath of fresh to deal with this company. We had an issue on a new build after over a year which Horizon had plumbed, Philip came over (such an amazing professional) and effectively and efficiently identified a failure major leak. It was identified to be a warranty issue which Justin and the team dealt with promptly, arranging for the plumbing repair, restoration and drywall repair. I am truly a promoter for this company. I know this is glowing but really it was that good!

This is my second time using horizon plumbing. Once again, outstanding experience! Hot water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Replace the thermopile myself, still nothing. The technician Jared came out and changed out the entire thermostat assembly was polite and extremely professional. Highly recommend these guys they are top notch.

When you have no hot water in January and guests staying with you, urgent action is needed. The tankless hot water was not working. The call was answered promptly, dispatch said a technician would be there and that the technician would call before arriving. And that is how it went. Jose called and arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the possible solutions and then called in to get the correct parts lined up. I was expecting 2-3 days and they had it completed by the next day. Very pleased.

We've been in our home about three months now and experienced a back up that prohibited us from using any water in the bathrooms or kitchen. The only option was to use the showers and bathrooms at the local gym until we could get it repaired. In my mind, a true emergency. Anna was able to reschedule some non-emergencies and get Jacob out within 24 hrs. Everything works great and Jacob took the time to explain the cleanouts in the front flower beds to help understand the problem. Horizon will always be the first on my list as a plumbing contractor. Want to give a shout out to your plumber, Cody Copeland. We have used him several times, most recently this month. A couple of weeks ago Cody came out to our home and assessed two faucet leaks, one in the laundry room and one in the master bath sink. While at our home, he got on the line with the Delta company, maker of the hardware, worked with one of their customer representatives to determine the problem parts and then ordered them while he was at our home. Today he came back to install the new parts and both faucets were repaired in no time. Cody is always very professional and efficient. He definitely knows what he is doing and we will continue to ask for him if future plumbing issues arise. Thanks Cody.
